Lets start w/ the bagel was good, the bacon and egg seemed microwaved, not what I expect from a bagel place. They should be making their eggs and bacon fresh and pile them on the bagel. Won't be back.

Hands down the best bagels! My family enjoys a variety of flavors such as Asiago, Honey Oat, Plain, Blueberry, French Toast, etc. They also offer friendly and responsive customer service. We highly recommend you pick up a dozen.
This place is awesome. The same girl helped me as yesterday and she remembered me. She let me know how to get my bagel at a better price that a make. She has amazing customer service. I wish I could put her name on this . I remembered she has a blue star on her nose . My favorite place

Great food and even better service. Rebel was enthusiastic to help out and make sure everything was great. Went there a couple days ago and the Buffalo chicken w an asiago bagel was amazing.Sadly, im moving out of town atm. But will definitely be stopping by for a bite when I'm back in town. 5/5 ?'s. Hi Norman,If you have not visited The Bagel Factory, you are missing out.I have gone to The Bagel Factory twice and this has become my place to go. The facility is amazing as is the variety of bagels/cream cheeses/other "yummy food." To top it all they have the most friendly and happy "servers!" I met Piper, Paige, Prebble, Reagan and Mason during these two trips and they are the best!!! The visit with these people will be memorable.The bagels I bought were to notch and very tasty!! This place is now my favorite bagel place in norman! I had a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel that was out of this world. My first sandwich came out a little cold but the manger made me a whole new sandwich free of charge with out me even asking! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back for more!!
