Waited in line for over 1 hour, couldn’t leave and still haven’t got food. Customer or workers cars are parked wrapped around west and south side of building, so no one in line can leave. Still 2 cars in front of me at the time of this post. Got to the window and been waiting 15 minutes and no one will open the window despite having 8-12 employees at the time of this posting.

Food was edible I got the surf and turf, and most of my steak was burnt. The employees seems like they would rather be kicking it with each other or on their cell phones then providing good customer service. Almost everything else I wanted was out didn’t have half of their menu items wouldn’t recommend unless you want burnt food in poor customer service!!

During our lunch yesterday we were helped by a young man by the name of Brandon Johnson. He was very kind and professional with us, and interacted patiently with our daughter, who has special needs. He made her feel seen and heard. Most people overlook her when interacting with us. We will be making this our go-to lunch place because of Brandon and his kindness.

An overall positive experience. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend it. However, there was a small oversight at the cashier’s counter. I was shortchanged $.79 cents. While I usually don’t fuss over such matters, it caught my attention. I mentioned it to the cashier, not for myself, but in case it happened to someone else. Perhaps it was just an off day for them. Despite this minor hiccup, I still left satisfied and would return for the delicious food!

I have had a variety of experiences here. One time my coupon didn’t work and they gave me a discount anyways, it was super nice! Then another time, I came in over an hour before they closed and they had already started packing up food since they were “closing soon”.Regardless, the food itself is always great! I just personally haven’t had reliable service.
