The food was fresh, except the toast could have been warmer. The reason for my one star review is because when you dine in, they serve your food in Togo containers. These containers hold less fries than the baskets they used to have when you dined in. Plus prices have increased again. It’s ridiculous.

Piss poor customer service. As a former canes employee this was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a box combo and wasn’t even able to adjust my order in any way. The lady at the register didn’t even give me a chance to complete my order and told me “too bad it’s too late”. The food wasn’t even in my hands nor did she even tell me that my order was put in. There is absolutely NO REASON why i should be paying for something that i do not want.
