Seriously the best Cane's in Norman. Food is always great and the people working are always the best.Kevin is one of the best and always recognizes my boyfriend and I when we're in the drive-thru. All of the other people working here are also amazing and super nice every time we've been. Even with a long line they handle it like champs and we're always in and out. Best location in Norman for sure!

Clerk at speaker took order asked for payment. I went ahead and paid against my wishes. Not safe for her or me to make payment outside bldg in driveway. Was not given receipt. Poulenc up to window received food. Again no receipt in bag.Food great but very poor procedures of safety and no receipts

I have gone twice this week an hour before closing because of what time I get off. The first time, they forgot my bread and a sauce. This time, I ordered and payed for a box combo, and I got in return a 3 finger combo. They also overcooked the chicken, there was no flavor. I'm very disappointed as when I go during the day or evening, I don't have this issue. I understand that they want to close and leave, but there is no reason to be messing up orders to try and leave faster.

Update: Absolutely I can elaborate. My wife and I were driving from southern Iowa to San Antonio Texas in our 22 year old Chevy Avalanche and needed a break and a bite. It's a comfy ride, but not for long durations. So we dropped in and placed a mobile order and stretched our legs while parked in the mobile pickup area. Within a few minutes an associate was bringing our order to us. He was so friendly and upbeat. It put both of us in a better mood to begin the next leg of our drive. The food we got was absolutely delicious. It hit the spot so good that we even discussed that it had been a while since a road trip food stop has truly hit the spot. And all this in Norman Oklahoma. As an Iowa State Cyclone fan I almost opted to pass on to the next town. Instead we stopped at a location close to University of Oklahoma. And I regret nothing!
Coleslaw gave me food poisoning. Fought for my life for 3 days. I literally thought I was a goner. Had explosive diarrhea every 2 hours. Guy at window was chill

Now I went to this canes twice in the last week. A few days ago I got a 3 finger combo and after eating it, I felt weak and I had a stomach bug for a 2-3 days, having me in pain. Yesterday I decide to get canes again with my partner and now he don't feel good and even threw up. He felt fine all day until the canes. Something is not right. We love canes but this definitely is making us step back.

Let’s just admit it… The best thing going for canes is it sauce… The tenders are always stringy and get stuck between my teeth like their dental floss… Not really a juicy tender that you would envision it to be… And my daughter can’t get enough of their crinkle cut fries… The downer about this place is they don’t have any desserts
