I came on my bike that had no basket the other day and had a rather large order.The two young men who brought me out my food were extremely nice, friendly, and polite.One of the young gentlemen saw me struggling to carry everything and came back out to ask if I needed a large bag to carry it all.When he brought it back out he I said thank you so much and teared up a little bit. He said "of course, I ride my bike to work everyday, I'm saving up for a car".I didn't get his name since I was in a hurry to feed my kid at home but I wanted to say thank you for making my bad day so much better!

ive lived by this sonic for years and have had nothing but problems. i went to get a milkshake and it was made with very obviously expired milk or ice cream or something. place gave my sister food poisoning directly as well. drive the extra bit to chatauqua, its well worth it.

placed an order at 9 AND PAID. they waited till 9:25 to tell me drive thru only and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. lost $10 on the app and can’t find anyone to contact for a refund.i was an avid customer but im so disappointed and will not be coming back unless someone contacts me and makes it right.

The service was mediocre at best. The worker who took our order was nice, but took about 10-15 minutes to take my order of five items. I had to repeat myself five times to ask to add grilled onions onto my burger, and it ended up not having grilled onions on it in the end. It was very frustrating. Additionally, I had to repeat my drink order three to four times and ask for light ice, but the worker never added the light ice to the drink or the order itself. It was frustrating to have to repeat myself so many times and then learn that the order was wrong. I asked for the burger to be plain with ketchup, cheese, meat, bacon, add grilled onions, and it did not have the grilled onions even though we paid for them to be added. Not satisfied.
