Only one gentleman working, he was friendly and doing what he could. We ordered online and the order was ready 10 min after it was supposed to be. Place appears understaffed.

What a pathetic place. Tried to buy dinner for 2 of my kids and they can't change a $100 bill. No problem idiots, Jersey Mike's on 19th in Moore right down the street took care of us.

My wife and I stopped by there on the way home from running errands and I could not believe the service and food. I guess it started with the service but the real kicker was they were out of onions, tomatoes, spinach and had brown wilted lettuce. And all they said was they were out. That is unacceptable. We should have left or complained but we had already started our order and we hadn't ate all day. We had just got a covid booster the day before so we just took what we could get. Someone definitely dropped the ball and I don't feel like it was me. The manager had her child there and was paying attention to him trying keep him away from the merchandise. It was really disgusting. We are going to call back and get a refund. So buyer beware.

My wife and I came into to order 2 sandwiches. The preparer was in the process of putting meat and cheese on it to bake. Never asked my wife what cheese she wanted. He put some cheese on it. Put it in oven. Right then we asked if we have an option on what cheese she wanted. He had a problem as he pulled the sandwich out and tossed it on the prep table. Once we saw this we left without anything. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. If this is how all Subway locations we won't be going to Subway ever again. I know it doesn't concern them but we won't be serviced that way. We'll see how the next franchise store treats us. If it happens again we'll kiss Subway goodbye and will never return. Terrible customer service.

Food was ok, But none of the workers looked like they wanted to be there. All unhappy and grumpy. But my main problem is the one that is grabbing the bread and putting the meat and cheese on she was coughing in her and on her gloves. I asked her to change her gloves and wash her hands she was mad that I had her do it, I don't care if you're making food for someone else in a restaurant. I hope she washes after the restroom. She needs to be removed from her job.

Every time I show up to this location for dinner the workers are very short with me and look like they would rather be in prison than be here. This has been every time…. Worst experience I’m done with this location for good.

I placed an online order. The first problem I ran into was the drive thru being closed. That was fine, but we tried to call multiple times and no one ever picked up. Fine, whatever, I’ve worked in the fast food industry, probably busy, it’s fine. BUT, it didn’t get any better. We ordered two subs, and somehow both of them were wrong. The bread was switched for our sandwiches, we were missing sauce on one, and we customized the one missing the sauce and none of the extra stuff we ordered was on there. Am I being a Karen? Probably. It’s just unfortunate that the entire experience we had was not good. I’ve gone to most of the subways in Norman and it’s never been this bad. I will not be returning to this specific one.

I am very disappointed with service at this location. Order number spm20230719123427 I spent 30.00 dollars. My veggie sandwich was a mess they did not have green peppers. He put the lettuce just in the middle part. I had to ask for more lettuce. Only 3 tomatoes on a foot long had to ask for more. He gave me a look ?. I have been a subway franchisee of 3 stores I know what the formula is to make a subway sandwich I can’t believe subway has lost its appeal and its standard so much. This store staff need major training. Starting from bread baking. I will never visit this store again. Or any other subway place. ???

This was our first time visiting this Subway. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. We waited by the register for well over 5 minutes before someone eventually came out. No apology for the wait, nothing. When I finally ordered my sandwich and scanned my coupon, the cashier snorted and then said my coupon was expired. I work in the food industry and know coupons expire all the time, so even though I recently got this coupon I trusted them. When I got back home, I looked at the coupon and it actually expires at the end of August. I had to spend $7 extra dollars even though I had an applicable coupon. I am beyond disappointed by this experience.
