The atmosphere was my truck so I Gave It a 3-star since it's not a BMW-540! However, the service was truly enjoyable and the employees are always laughing and in good spirits and that says allot about the management! No matter what your doing or whom your doing it for. Always find a place you enjoy working and you will love your job no matter where your at. The customers will always come back to be filled up with the great product and with your attitude which ALWAYS shines through whether dark out in case of this establishment, BRIGHT! Was reminded why I don’t go to this location when I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Ordered on mobile, add beef and make it grilled. Well, they instead replaced the beans with beef, and didn’t grill it. On top of that, they put so much sauce in there it was a soupy mess. ***I’ve worked fast food and know it can be hectic, but I was literally the only one there. They weren’t busy. No excited to not be able to follow simple directions.

I lice across the street from this taco bell and it's by far the worst place I have been. Their burritos are ALWAYS pouring out of the sides when u open the package, they NEVER give u napkins, and tonight I made a mobile order and went in to pick it up and waited 23 min for someone to speak to me. No they were not busy. One person sweeping, one person on their phone and the third outside smoking. Finally got their attention then they made the food and none of it was made right. I kick myself every time I come here. Never again.

This is the the worst Taco Bell in Norman, and that is saying something. Don't even stop there--just drive up 24th to the other store. This store is trash, the food is trash, the service is trash. If you do go and experience a problem, it's not worth your time and effort to seek resolution. Better just to let it go and eat somewhere else.

Went through the drive thru and whoever was working in the back was screaming and obnoxiously singing. I’m assuming it was the same obnoxious person who made my taco with sour cream smeared all over and a disgusting amount on the inside. Thanks for ruining my lunch. ?
