Ate here a few weeks back and had a fabulous experience. The workers are attentive and kind, and the food is fresh!Today, I noticed I was missing my receipt from that visit and needed it to add to my expenses for work. I gave torcheys a call and was connected with Rayan. Rayan was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. She gathered all the information she needed to look up my previous order and told me she would do her best to find my receipt in the system. She asked for my number and told me should would be in touch. Within 10 minutes I received a text message with my receipt! This was so much quicker than I was expecting, and the customer service was above and beyond.Rayan is a dream employee, and I hope you all do everything you can to hold onto this team member! I travel to Norman every few months for work and will ABSOLUTELY be back after the experience I had.Thank you Rayan!!!!! :)
