Do not go to this wing stop. Insanely slow, insanely understaffed, insanely unprofessional, and consistently messing up orders. I have gone back multiple times hoping it’d get better and it has only gotten worse. Today is the last day I will be giving my business to this location.

I came from out of state and decided to get wings, we ordered online and Waited over an hour for 30 piece wings, when we arrived the lobby was full of people with 7 employees most of which were play fighting and rough housing, laughing and eating, when we finally received our food was cold to the touch, so not only did we have to wait so long but also got our food cold, terrible service and disappointing, have never been so let down by wing stop. They need a manager on hand or something bc they were just playing around eating and touching food.

Wow! Terrible service!! Ordered on line arrived to a lobby full of irritated customers with a less than helpful or friendly staff. Waited additional 30 minutes for wings that didn’t have sauce on them! Shame on management. Same thing 6 months ago when we pledged to not go back. We caved and gave them another shot tonight. I won’t make that mistake again…

Ordered online with the future care resetting, tried to call immediately to cancel and they phones were down. Tried to call another store for help but they couldn’t assist. Sent my daughter to store to try to cancel and staff was incredibly rude telling her “ you can’t expect us to answer the phones” then told her oops our phones are down. Wouldn’t let her cancel order. Service and attitude horrible!

The manager on duty 1-5-24 is rude and does not have any business having a title with such power when she speaks to people the way she does. Her name is MARIA. Please tell me how I have to pay someone to redeliver food that I never received? Literally told me they failed to do their job and just gave up on figuring out where food belonged so I just didn’t get it and told me I had to figure it out and call DoorDash even though that’s not who I placed my order through. She refused to give me her name or a managers number and told me basically I was SOL and had to wait to call in the morning lol like no ma’am now I have angry hungry kids and $35 wasted on these fools and DoorDash told me they have to be the ones to reprocess the order and now they’re refusing to do so. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life!!
