My husband and I just came here. Waited probably 5 minutes to be seated while the wait staff walked around looking at us like were invisible or something.

Do not go! It’s not worth the chance to get ok service. This place either needs new ownership or needs to shut down. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE IN THIS PLACE!!!

The food was ok and the chef was fun. The thing that made the experience not 5 star is the sticky floors and the hibachi grill that had loose panels and fell on our legs. All the floors were sticky. From the front door to the hibachi tables to the bathrooms.Vegetarian options: They had edemame, seaweed salad, and vegetables with steamed rice for plant-based diets. The food was all prepared on the same tables as the meats, definitely not vegan.

We was there with some friends, and while the show was ok, and you do get quiet a bit of food, you need to be aware the dishes come with steamed rice, if you just go with the flow and assume fried rice, it’s 6$ extra per person!! They also charge a large tip on your bill. For my husband and my self, two entrees 24.95 one tea one water, our bill was 85$ I’m not even joking! That’s all we got and mistaken got fried rice, was charged a 14$ tip on the ticket. We paid with cash and had to track her down for the change. Do not recommend!! Also the floor is extremely Sticky.

Went here on Christmas, staff was so rude and service was so terrible we just left after getting drinks of which the water was also horrible to match their attitude and service, didn’t even get to try any food because they never took our order then were jerks when we asked if they forgot about us. Told us if we didn’t like it then leave, so we did.

I don't typically leave negative reviews because a lot of this is subjective and running a restaurant is already a tough enough business...but this place was objectively bad. The decor is nice and that's basically it. If you've ever been to a mediocre teppanyaki place, go there instead because this restaurant can't compete. The tables were sticky even after wiping them down, the staff couldn't get our drink or food orders right, and the chef clearly didn't want to be there. I personally don't care much for the song and dance stuff at the grill, so I'm totally fine just having someone cook up food and serve it. Although I do enjoy it when the chef is entertaining and engaging with everyone. This dude, though, barely half-attempted to entertain and then proceeded to overcook everything we ordered. And instead of using butter like they normally do, they were using some kind of low quality margarine or something that coated the inside of my mouth for the rest of the night. I also watched as he seasoned the food only for it to come out extraordinarily bland. How does that even happen? Was the margarine diluting the flavor? Who knows. The Filet Mignon was like chewing on leather. The lobster was like chewing gum. And we somehow got shrimp that no one at our table ordered. And then they charged us for it. The Fried Rice was so crunchy and burnt that it made me think I chipped a tooth at one point. And the ventilation in the restaurant isn't great either. Instead of the vents being over top of the grill like they normally are at these places, it was high up and off to the side. Because of that, I kept getting smoke and steam in my face the whole time the chef was cooking. Not to mention, we got this weird feeling like some of the staff members there were forced to work there. I don't know...if you've never been to a teppanyaki place, feel free to give it a shot. At the very least, it'll make all the other teppanyaki places you visit in the future that much more amazing. To be fair, maybe it was just the one chef we got because the two things they got right which were actually tasty came from the kitchen in the back. That was the shimp tempura and the california rolls.

We used to go when I was younger. It’s been a few years since and now regret waiting. My family had a blast. They treated us so well. Food was to die for and they gave us so much everyone had plenty of leftovers. Let alone we all felt like we just had Thanksgiving and needed a nap after we left. I personally cannot wait to go back!
