Love this place. Typical food assembly line. Great quality food. I had the barbacoa and though I wasn't expecting authentic it was still surprisingly delicious. Lol.

I get that the workers need to move fast. But when they go so fast they mess up your order that’s when it becomes an issue for me. The last time I went in their portions are getting smaller and smaller. I’m paying $14 for a bowl that’s barely half full??! The food is good but the experience and portions are lacking big time.

I would give a negative review if I could,The alleged manager was rude to the customer in front of me in line because they complained about having to wait in excess of 15 minutes for guacamole. In spite of waiting in line she had to request on line only. I also asked for same and was told we would have to request online.When I stated I could see it 5 ft. Away he said I needed to leave his store or he was going to call the Police. There was more afterwards but needless to say an eventually purchased nothing and walked out. Horrible Manager who says his name is Aaron.

I'm not someone who normally eats at Chipotle, but circumstances led me here. The steak burrito was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was great. He helped me resolve an issue with the knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing circus geek of a landlord that nearly resulted in me calling the police. The only real negative I had, aside from the petty psychopath whom blightens this world with her existence, is that the lobby was a bit chilly. The manager agreed, but he said corporate is the one who sets the temp. Totally understand. Corporate, much like the landlord, are generally the kind of ignoramuses that don't care about what happens to other people and how their decisions negatively affect them.Overall an average experience with a modern American business that's infected by terminal capitalism. You'll enjoy the food so long as Voldemort - I mean the landlord - doesn't cross your path.
How can a national "Mexican" chain not have jalapeños? Cilantro? Cotija cheese? Diced onions? There is absolutely nothing "Mexican" about this store. Your topping selection sucks. Your sauces taste horrible. Rebrand yourself and quit misleading people. You are not, nor will you ever be, a Mexican flavor restaurant .

I had to repeat my order several different times I don't know how many times steak has to be said before its understood ? did not get my drink and when I asked for my drink cup the girl rolled her eyes....sorry I paid for it. Finally left the store with no drink. So over the no customer service and the attitude that comes along with it like the sour cream I asked for on my food I didn't get either

Always quality at Chipotle. The food is always amazing and they never lack on the proportions. One burrito or bowl will absolutely fill you up. Only downside is this location is always cold in the winter. Bring a jacket if you are cold natured. I’ve eaten here 3 times this winter and every time I’ve had to wear my jacket the entire time.

Staff is great and very friendly. Way too cold inside reason for the atmosphere rating. For the food I came, I tasted, 1 visit was enough. Paying $33 for me, what were 2 big rice bowls with extra topping, just didn't cut it. To top it off, the guacamole is free, but it's extra for queso. Don't get that. Flavor is good but not enough for$33 and a follow-on visit. If you've never been, try it, but for us 1 visit was enough
