I have been going to this Fazolis for years! and will keep going frequently! I do want to give a big shout out to the manager named Jannae! She is absolutely wonderful! so very helpful and friendly! She is went way above and beyond to assist us during our visit yesterday. AND I was so touched because she had remembered us from a previous visit over a month or two ago, and actually remembered my food preference! the food was amazing as always! my go to is always lasagna with meat...read full review

it's so delicious. i love the spaghetti & meatballs. i always get it for lunch every tuesday, but today, i was a little disappointed. My meatballs were soggy today. Nobody likes soggy balls. i think it's because there was a whole load of sauce in it. But i still love you guys, so thanks over all, i rate it a 9.5/10. cause at least there's one meatball that isn't as soggy. oh and, i NEED at least 4 meatballs TOPS in my spaghetti.

I hadn't Fazoli's in a long time, last time wasn't a good experience. My husband love it so I gave it another chance. This time Brandon and his team were very nice and make me feel like at "home".They have a wide variety of options and I can see how they have a lot more options now. Their breadsticks are always good.
