The shrimp šŸ¤ box was better than going out to a sit down meal! Fresh and hot! I was seriously shocked. Maybe just a fluke deal, but it was so good!

This place hasn't been updated since I worked here as a kid, same nasty tables and carpet. Good is very processed of course, but the staff was very friendly.

Honestly, I really love eating here and I come here couple times a week in the morning for their low-carb breakfast. The eggs are always super good and cooked. Amazingly. It's literally the only place I go when I want eggs and bacon. Y'all should check them out. I've never had an order messed up here even when ordering dinner and lunch. Everything is always the way it's supposed to be and honestly that's hard for places nowadays so 10 out of 10 from me šŸ‘šŸ¾

The lady that works at night that’s supposed to be a manager is so rude then come to find out she’s had more than 100 complaints and Grandy’s is her second job and she’s still employed and still rude so freaking rude I guess the owners don’t care how there manager treats people I’m cool on them frfr I wish I didn’t have to hit any stars cuz they would all be blank and I spent a lot of money in here to continue to be delt with in such a very rude manner

This place had no servers when I walked in, one was brushing her hair over to the side. They advertised specify a specific menu item, but didn't have any. Their ice was out in the drink machine and they had parked a bicycle, a ladder, and a vacuum cleaner in full view behind the (decommissioned) salad bar. This felt like you would get hepatitis eating here.

I spent 35 minutes waiting on my food. The owner Dave basically said tough shot. I was told even though I had waited 15 minutes on my order, that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I told him I would wait in the drive thru and said I'd have to pull up. I didn't think that was what needed to be done. So he said he was going to call the police. Bu the way they were so busy that one of the employees had time to go to there car. But to busy to take care of customers. I will never be back to this granny's. They are horrible especially the owner dave. You can tell all he cares is about himself. He also said he didn't care what cooperate said because he was the owner. It's funny because he said I cussed at his crew but I didn't. I just asked them what they were going to do to make it right. He screwed a customer over, then didn't want to face the customer so like a coward sent a teenage kid to the drive thru window. You can tell he's a penny pinching self important guy. That is why you have to wait on the food so it can be cooked while you wait in the parking lot. Explain why at 12:00 chicken isn't cooked. Lunch time is when it should be ready. And of course because they are just cooking the orders of people ahead of you, you get told to wait at the speaker for 7 minutes even before they take your order. The owner doesn't care about the customer, just what is convenient for him only.

I’m not gonna lie. I came with low expectations. we got our order in at a decent time. The gentleman processed our coupons quickly, which was super helpful. Then we made our orders. A little surprised drinks don’t come with meals, but maybe that’s normal now. No complaint there just something to keep in mind. When we got our food, it was warm as to be expected, but it was pretty simple. Box eggs, powdered gravy, and frozen hash browns. I suppose that that’s what you should expect at $17.50. Eating the cinnamon roll you could literally crunch on the amount of cinnamon they had on that. Definitely my least favorite thing. The place looked very clean, but I do believe it’s because nobody was there on a Sunday morning. Last, staff was definitely not enthusiastic. In fact one of them was talking about hating being there. So I don’t believe they deserve a one, but they also don’t deserve it too more like a 1.5.

Went to the drive-thru and got my meal they didn't put any napkins in my sack I called the restaurant and told the manager about no napkins and she said you have to ask for the napkins as well that's some bull if I'm paying for a meal I should automatically get napkins in my sack

I got there shortly after breakfast was finished being served. But I was really in the mood for some biscuits and gravy, and one of the managers that was their made me some sausage gravy so I could have some and I greatly appreciate it thank you

Everyone working tonight was working hard and cleaning !!! Food was made fresh and everyone was so kind. The guy ( younger man / kid ) working had a great attitude and all wished us a good night. We came in a hour til close and felt very welcomed. 8/8/2025 night closing crew! Great job!! Only thing I have to say is they don’t have a changing table in the bathroom but other than that food was amazing as always. Been coming here since I was a kid

After not buying food from Grandy's on a regular basis and after a fire, after they reopened I went back to get some chicken. I was highly disappointed; it was far beneath their standard food. If it was my first time I would have never returned. The chicken was very dry and awful tasting. I read many posts online where the persons highly disappointed and disgusted with the food.
Then in recent times I went back to order some chicken and was totally shocked. At one time, not all that long ago (less then a year), the prices was $22.99 for a 10 piece meal (with 2 sides). Now, it was $41 (rounded off from over .50) for just 10 pieces and $56 for the meal, and $55 for 15 pieces and $72 for the meal. Other chicken restaurants were not this high, other then KFC.
I, and many others that I know (I have a very large circle of friends and associates) some said that this news they are ready knew, others were shocked, but all agreed and stated that we will get our chicken elsewhere.

Grandy's moved out of my city decades ago, so this has become a place my family eats every time we come to OKC. It's fast food, so remember that. But their rolls and mashed potatoes are the best. Especially with brown gravy. The chicken fried steaks are also great, as well as the fried chicken and fried chicken livers. Give it a try!
