this is a chain restaurant and there is a location in the Oklahoma State Capitol Building. This place is just as bad as Jimmy John's. Cheap very low-quality produce and meat used. It is never fresh and never consistent. The crew that runs the cafe is great but bottom line, the food is WAY OVERPRICED for what is served. Do not waist your money or time with this place. I'm ashamed that their operating out of the Capitol Building too. I can't imagine what out of town visitors must think.

I eat here daily. The service is fast and efficient, though it gets really busy at lunch during legislative session. There are plenty of healthy food options and all of them are fantastic. They have a couple less-healthy options for those uninterested in any of their wonderful salads, wraps, smoothies, or sandwiches.The consistency is incredible and their staff is always friendly.If you don't want to wait in the lunch line, online ordering is quick and easy.They also make a mean coffee, add the espresso shot to a smoothie for the best meal-on-the-go around.

Dropped in while at the Capital. Place was brightly lit and very clean! Ordered a breakfast wrap. Cashier took my name and the order came quickly. The wrap was sliced in half and with a side of salsa. One bite and I knew this place knows how to make a delicious breakfast. The salsa was a perfect compliment to the wrap. Super service and super good food!
Greg has tuna on wheat with lots of seeds and nuts mixed in. And I had a turkey wrap.with a chipotle mayonnaise. Really friendly staff and tasty food!

What a cute little Cafe with a beautiful eating area. I love the tin ceilings, vintage looking lights, wrought iron pedestal tables, marble floors and wood panels on the walls. They serve wraps, sandwiches and salads, perfect for the middle of the day when waiting for a tour of the capital. I had the Mediterranean melt which was warmed nicely and very flavorful and my hubby had the Okie which was good but not hot enough to melt the cheese inside. We visited during a quiet time and enjoyed our visit. They might consider playing soft background music to give a little ambiance.

Health and fresh food with wheels. I work for a major law firm at 10th and Classen. Often, I like to work in and wolf down food at my desk. Couple of colleagues were high on this venue and recommended it. Thank you!!! The food is fresh, the options very trendy and healthy and they have smoothies!!! Delivery was simple and very user friendly. It was quite fast and you can pay the runner at delivery. The avocado in my wrap was perfect. I was frankly surprised at the robust and filling nature of the wrap which I ended up splitting with a co-worker. If you are within one of their multiple delivery areas beat the traffic and use this provider. I am NOT a health food nut. I am rethinking that omission. MSA

After years of having awful choices for food at the Oklahoma State Capitol, there is finally some real food that doesn't make you ate yourself the next day. Sometime we can be trapped in this building from 8 AM to 10 PM or later, and being able to get some semi-healthy nourishment is vital. The staff is great, and have the same smile for everyone be they a Senator, a Representative, a reporter, a lobbyist, the Governor, or a constituent. They also go out of their way to accolade special requests. And if you are lucky they can give you all the gossip about the goings on and political intrigue under the dome. Check them out the next time you are at 23rd and Lincoln.
