When I was a little girl I used to come here all the time with my grandma and we would wait for the hot light, grab our dozen, grab a hat and it was amazing.... Now it's a different story.... The donuts are little and gross, the store is disgusting... And the employees are incredibly inconsiderate and rude. I'm glad my grandma isn't around anymore to see how sad this little place has turned into.... Just overall bad quality, bad presentation and bad taste... Go to the Tulsa location!

It was like walking into Willy Wonka ?? it smelled amazing and I got 3 steps in the door and a Gentleman had his hand extended and with a Hot Glazed I asked if I could Hang out with them all day ? What Can I Say Krispy Cream look so Fun ? Everyone I Spoke with were very Sweet, and Kind. My boyfriend came here to get the 3 birthday donuts and some extra for home for me. We live in Norman so it is quite the drive up here, but he attempted to stop by for me since he was already in OKC. When he tried to show the rewards to the two girls working, they declined him and made no attempt to help with attaching the reward to the order. When he ordered something else instead they came off as rude when helping him. We still got our doughnuts, but the service and lack of help leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Happy birthday to me!

I would give a zero if I could. I wasn't aware they gave out cold donuts and when I called to complain the gentleman who answered the phone started screaming at me because I gave the feedback. I have never in my life had such poor service at such a high price. Don't go here. I will never be back. They need to get a supervisor to make sure their employees aren't screaming at customers. And if that was the supervisor he needs a little etiquette lesson.

Donuts were not as good as everyone says. Ok at best. And the building had alot of smoke in the air from the grease.
