Worse McDonald's, hands down, in the city. I haven't met a single person to get a correct order. Extremely slow and sluggish, they act like working is a burden. Staff needs new training and their management needs to be retrained in another position, at another company, extremely rude and always wrong. Last time it took almost an hour for them to service 3 drive through cars. Extremely pathetic but a conglomeration of intelligence is strong at work here. Management acted rude when asked about receiving cold food, fries and watered down drinks. Took less than 60 second to replace the cold order. But 40 to get. Extremely slow and needs urgent oversight from headquarters.19 minutes to get to the window. And another 20 for food.It's 2024 now. Still the worse mcdonalds on the face of the plant. Their only requirement for employment is a pulse. The idiots here are guaranteed to mess your order up, charge you for someone else's order and act like it never happened. All at the same time. Impressive amount of stupid in this building.

WORK ON YOUR EMPLOYEES ATTITUDESCame in on 01/13/2024 at 4 pmNo cars being in the line should have been a warning...delayed taking my order, paid, went up to the 2nd window and told the lady I had asked for 2 large dr peppers. She gave me a large and a medium and stated "there's nothing she can do about it". I told her I would pay an upcharge or whatever I needed to, I just needed the drinks the same size. She stormed off and never came back. Both the ladies were black, in their twenties, and the rude lay had braids, wish I had gotten her name to report her. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN...should have just thrown the drink back at her with that attitude ?
