This location always makes me want to rip every single hair out of my head one by one. I work until 3am 6 nights a week, and multiple times I have come to this “24 hour” location and been told that unless I’m picking up a doordash or uber, I can’t order. I was told tonight that I could wait 30 minutes in the parking lot and THEN they could take my order. But, they also said their servers were down and the computers were “messing up”… sooooo you know that your computer is gonna come back on right at 4:00 am on the dot? Or if I had waited, would I have just been told, “sorry you waited!! We still can’t help you”??? I’ve been given this excuse multiple times. Every time, the workers have attitude and if I ever CAN order, 9 times out of 10 it’s wrong. This location needs a flamethrower taken to it. At the end of the day, either change your business hours or serve people during your business hours????

Got an iced coffee that was prepared with one or two fewer pumps of the liquid sugar than normal, so I circled back around and politely requested to get some sugar added. I get an earful about needing to order more sugar when I want more sugar even though I simply wanted to have the issue corrected with my existing drink by adding another pump or two of sugar. I didn't bother to argue with the manager since they were clearly agitated. They hand me an iced coffee with literally double the normal amount of sugar and I had to pour it out when I got home since it was undrinkable. This will happen at any McDonald's if you add more sugar to your order, by the way. The regular employees at these McDonald's locations are great, it's just the managers that do this kind of crap and get an attitude when you're just asking for a minor issue with the order to be corrected. They get the order correct most of the time and the iced coffee tastes great. I didn't ask for or want a new iced coffee to be made and I guess I should have just taken what I got originally and added some sugar at home (granulated sugar really doesn't mix well with iced coffee, which is why I get the liquid sugar at McDonald's). This terrible customer service (from managers exclusively) only happens at McDonald's locations, not anywhere else (and I go to a lot of fast food restaurants). I don't understand it and I guess I'm going to have to learn to make good iced coffee at home instead.

Used my app and provided a code and im not sure if the lady understands English but she put the code in for after fry and it was for a frappe, then gonna have a attitude with me because she over charged me then gonna not give me a receipt, highly don't recommend this McDonalds! I will be calling corporate and disputing this with my bank

The employee Marisol is absolutely rude. I've NEVER dealt with such a horrible situation ANYWHERE except at this McDonald's - with her. I had ordered my meal, then after i paid & received my food, i wanted to add a sweet tea. She took my card, it wasn't accepting the payment because i had just used it there right before. She was literally yelling at me saying that my card had no money & that i needed to give her another form of payment if i wanted to get my card back. She was literally refusing to give me my card back. I kept telling her that there was 1000% tons of money on that card, especially enough for a DOLLAR DRINK. She then proceeds to SLAM the window & walk off. WITH MY CARD. If i see Marisol here the next time i come through, i will honestly be shocked & i will NEVER come back. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Also, I'm not the type to complain like this ever. I'm honestly just so shocked at how she went about the situation. I was so calm with her the whole time, & she just kept yelling & just being so disgusting. Even the employee behind her was surprised & looked completely embarrassed, unfortunately she didn't even do anything to stop her or help the situation.
