Stopped by the Britton Rd location, late night snack. Mcchicken is my go-to here. Did not disappoint, fresh and hot.
I order from here frequently just because it's close by, cheap, and quick to arrive when we need a last-minute meal for the kids. About 8 out of 10 times, the order is missing something. And not like a drink, though that happens often too, but whole meals. Tonight, both happy meals were missing. It's always the happy meals. How do you forget to hand over 2 big red boxes?! It's so often that I'm just switching locations when I order. I end up spending twice the amount just for the 2nd orders added fees despite the return Uber cash covering the meals individual costs. If it wasn't so hard to load up 3 kids and go myself, I really would. Just ridiculous. It's understandable a time or 2 spaced out, but almost every single order? Yeah, no. It's not that hard.

I have to say, I was charged 2 times, for the same breakfast order. I placed the first order at the self serve, and was told the order didn't go through, after paying at the self serve, then was charged at the register for the same exact order. Service definitely sucks.

Horrible service. Ordered a coffee and a bacon McGriddle, they were in so much of a rush they just have me a sausage biscuit, I figured it was an accident so I pulled back around and let them know. Told them that I ordered a bacon Mc griddle and asked if they could fix it. She took the bag and gave me another bag, I said bag and they gave me a sausage Mc griddle. I don’t eat sausage, but I guess every time I say bacon they hear Sausage. I just tossed it and decided to accept my losses.
