I always have to pull to the parking spot to wait for my large coke no ice. Same Monday through Friday at 2pm. And the ladt 3 times I can tell they put ice in it and just dumped it out and made me wait on a third window to fix it. I have temperature sensitivity. I don't care if it's full to the top even. I just don't want ice at all. Get it right good grief.

Always fast and speedy services with a smile. Very friendly staff at all hours of the day. My favorite breakfast spot by work is there and I definitely will recommend
Everytime you go through their drive through they make you pull forward and wait. The parking lot will be full of cars waiting on their food. Even when it’s not busy they do this. Instead of getting food out quickly you pull forward so it looks like they are doing a good job. Problem is they never get your food right or don’t give you the condiments you asked for. I went on Sunday and didn’t get my mcchicken I paid for. Was on my lunch break and I didn’t have time to go back. Tried calling the restaurant and got no answer. So I made a complaint on my mobile app that I made the order from and received a email back telling me they were disappointed that happened to me and were sorry. I’m sure you are disappointed you got some free money. No compensation or refund offered at all.

Overall 4 just because the occasional order mistake (ussually averaging 10% of my orders) and the sometimes burgers built kinda sloppy where half the burger isn't in the bun or sauce is everywhere, but overall good flavor and tasty fries.curbside pickup is the best way to get food, there's always a spot open, and the prices on the app are cheaper than ordering on any delivery app and the deals generally make it cheaper than ordering without the app at the restaurantseems like they are understaffed or need a bigger kitchen sometimes as wait can get really long sometimesWorkers are polite, and fix mistakes generally quickly**I only take food back if it's entirely wrong as generally it was actually someone else's order or I go back if I paid for something not recieved to get said item**Sometimes you get napkins, sometimes you don'tMy favorite item is a bacon mcdouble with spicy pepper sauce, no pickles
