I tried this place on a whim. I usually eat more vegetarian than anything and this place has some great options for vegans and vegetarians. I ordered the smashed chickpea salad and added on a side of cashew cheese. The salad came with a very tart sauce for the dressing, but it was not my favorite. Too lemony for my taste, but still a good consistency to match the meal. The salad was large and filling. The chickpeas were seasoned so well. Im a Vegan International Flight Attendant. I eat all over the world. I prefer Italian on most days. Nourished Food Bar is fantastic. The Tomato, Basil Pesto sandwich checked all the boxes. The cashew cheese is perfection. Thank you for living kindly and being open. I'd love to see a Nourished Food bar in Dallas!! I also had the Beet salad ~ very good!

Recently moved to okc and trying to eat at every restaurant within walking distance of my office. I don’t have any diet restrictions but figured I would try it out. The tomato basil pesto sandwich was excellent and I will be going back. Place is clean, organized and priced fair. I would imagine that people in search of vegan and gluten free food would really be happy with it.
