Thrilled to have spent my lunch break driving to pickup my order only to discover the location not operating due to some unexplained issue. I don’t fault the employees for this as I’m sure it’s out of their control, but the woman who I spoke with was not any help in determining how I could get a refund for the food I already paid for. Acted like I was putting her out by showing up for the order that your website allowed me to place! Some attempt to contact customers would’ve been nice so I wouldn’t be out my lunch and money.

I have been going to OSB for many years, when I was a sales manager at the Lighthouse Fitness we used to have our sales meetings at the North my location. Today I went to the location on Northwest 23rd Street I ordered 4 Bagels 2 for me and 2 for a friend I asked that they be toasted which I always do when they brought into the table they were cold this has never happened before I asked person to redo them they brought him back again and they were cold even though he said he toasted the bottom bun three times and it was burned I am so disappointed the guy acted like he had no idea what I was talking about wanting them to be warm I will probably not come back!

"We really enjoy the food here but I am leaving a review to note that three times in a row we have ordered Nutella and have received chocolate spread instead. They aren't equivalent, as the chocolate spread is more of a cream cheese icing and nutella is Hazelnut/chocolate spread. Having worked in food service I understand mistakes happen, but three times in a row makes me think that the staff and needs training on it."

I love bagels these bagels are so good they give New York style bagels I recommend my favorite is the everything bagel coffee is okay just depends how you like your coffee

We went in right as they opened. Friendly faces welcomed us into a clean facility. Soft music playing made me want to sit and enjoy my selections in the lounge area. Hot and fresh Food was served within minutes and we were out the door for work. Will be back to try more things.
Service was quick, food was ok. The place was in need of a clean up. Tables were dirty, soda fountain dripping into a bucket.

Had a veggie begal sandwich which was fine. I was there mid-afternoon so pretty slow.Vegetarian options: One, a veggie sandwich. Had to request no cheese. Not sure if they had non-dairy spreads for bagels.
This place is mediocre at best. We went for breakfast sandwiches, and literally they just put together premade food and heat it up in the microwave. I'm guessing any sandwich that doesn't have to be heated up is better? Because of the microwave, my bagel was really rubbery and the premade egg circle was gross as well. My recommendation is to try this place for lunch. I'm not sure where they get their bagels from but they do not make them in house either.
