Very nice owner. Just getting started so still working out the kinks. Kitchen closes at 1:30 p.m. although they do have pre-packaged and boxed items available until 4. Located in The Concourse, first restaurant if you go down through the Leadership Square entrance. Heard bibimbap was good from a co-worker, although I'm used to traditional Korean food, where this seems more like a dish that goes by the same name but is modified for a more American pallet in the ingredients.
