Not exaggerating...20 minutes for a drive thru order. Then, the fries were cold. The employees were friendly and competent. They must not be getting the support from management or corporate. Set them up for success, Wendy girl!!

Service was very poor. Customers in line to place their order and the manager is opening a shrink wrap box, oblivious. Food took almost 15 minutes and burger was cold. Really poorly run location. As we left the restaurant, trash overflowing outside and blowing everywhere. Poor ownership or management

Service is poor. No sauce for nuggets. Only had spicy nuggets. Chilli was not cooked hard beans. No napkins or spoons to eat with. People in the drive through were rude and slow!

Waited 10 minutes for 3 medium Frosties and 2 of those $3 Frosty key tags. We weren't given a receipt or the two key tags so we went back inside and the cashier denied us saying we asked for them and thought we asked for two junior Frostys, despite us repeating it for him twice when in the drive-thru. The manager guy wasn't apologetic and didn't offer a refund either so I had to pay for the key tags again.

Today was my first time coming to the new location on 178th, and I picked up my app order. A lady with the mask on said to me am I someone's grandma, and they just laughed.Do I look like I was someone's grandma, and she looked at me and said well, Some people are young, but they are someone's grandma? I'm not anyone's grandma, and she thought it was funny.I don't know what kind of crew member this manager is hiring, but her tail would have been fired, and whoever else is in the background laughing. I don't know if they were playing tricks on people who pulled up to the window asking them that, but I don't have time to be playing any games, No childish little girl. NEVER coming back!

Although I told myself I shouldn’t order from here, we decided to try their breakfast. As per the norm, we ordered through the app and upon arrival, once again they were out of several items we were able to place in the app. Apparently, they cannot issue any refund at all if placed through the app, and trying to get a refund through the app is beyond difficult. So, now I get to take extra time out of my schedule to go back up there in the hopes the manager will be able to refund my food I never even got. Done with Wendy’s. Always either messing up our orders or completely missing items.

The service was quite slow, the food seemed much lower quality than east coast Wendy's, which is usually pretty good for fast food. The restaurant was clean and renovated.

I was skeptical about coming here late at night and I should have went with my gut. I waited 10 mins for a spicy chicken sandwich. When I got home to finally eat the sandwich the chicken was so hot I burned the roof of my mouth and layers of skin were coming off along with blood. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. And they forgot the tomato. I’ll never go back. Ouch!! This reminds me of the hot coffee lawsuit at McDonald’s. Wonder if I can sue???

I've tried to go to this location multiple times using the drive thru. Half the time no one acknowledges that they need a moment before taking your order. After waiting 5-10 mins multiple times, we aren't visiting this location anymore. Its disappointing. Staff need better training.

Didn't say a word to me at the register, no introduction or anything. Gave me the wrong food, and then when confronted accused me of stealing. I don't know what changed, but I used to love this place. Staff seemed disconnected and almost afraid to speak to each other. Not coming back for a long time.
