My brother and I ride every Saturday morning a stop at a different place to eat breakfast. This is by far the best place we have gone to yet. Food tastes like grandma made it from scratch. You have to try this place.

Stopped in for lunch after grabbing peaches at Livesay Orchards. it was a perfect lunch of chicken fried steak, gouda chicken sandwich, homemade green beans and Mac and cheese. and then topped it off with chocolate creme pie and peach cobbler. wonderful atmosphere and kind, welcoming people. We will be making the day trip to come again!

Came in from out of state and stopped here after finding place after place with lines out of the door. Waitress was nice, food was good, I would come back. It was pretty clean. The table cloth was sticky but someone said it was Lysol and I'm willing to believe them. The strawberry cream cheese cake was pretty good, though it looked a little strange.

Really good service, me and my dad had bacon cheeseburger and they were really good home made burgers! The Bun was a bit cold but other than that everything was amazing. The restaurant is also really clean, staff is super friendly and please TRY the dresserts they are really good!

WOWZER ... My husband and I are vacationing in the area and drove to Porter on Thursday night to go to this restaurant. Not only is it extremely CUTE, but the food was delicious. I got chicken fried chicken and I think it’s the best I ever had. I also really enjoyed their mashed potatoes with cream gravy. My husband got chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and the broccoli ? casserole and he loved the chicken fried steak. Additionally, we each got a piece of pie and he even complimented them on the meringue, which is very good since he usually doesn’t like it.We look forward to going there again before we leave to go home. We heard their breakfast is really good and we’re looking forward to trying another dessert.
