I had the sweetest girl with a septum piercing, she was so kind to me & went above & beyond to show that kindness & customer service, give sis a raise ❤️ lol ? if I would've had more money I would have left her a tip! I ordered a free sandwich in the AP . When I went in to pick it up the chicas at the counter acted like I did something wrong and asked the name and why I had two orders (my bf ordered from the AP after I did). Then when I got my order it was wrong. Looked at receipt to ensure it wasn't my error and it clearly read 'BNC'. When I took it back to the chica at the counter and told her it had no cheese she said I didn't specify that I wanted cheese. I have never had any type of ARBY'S training, yet I was quite certain 'BNC' = Beef N Cheddar and when I explained that to her she grabbed my bag, threw the sandwich in the trash, and in Spanish told the cook "QUESO". An elderly woman that was at the counter said, "I sure would've liked even a sample of that!" and chica told her that she needed to leave. I got my corrected order, went to car and got money to buy woman sandwich that chica was mean to. When I got back to counter she was gone. I asked mean chica where she went and she asked why. I told her that I was going to buy her a sandwich and she laughed. The woman just disappeared. She may have been an ?

It was a rainy night, so no other customers were there(not that there are any on regular nights) but I ordered their new bacon cheeseburger meal. The fries were hot(because I asked for no salt), the drink correct, but, the burger was sub-par; wet and mushy bread, a sprinkle of wilted lettuce, the bacon was undercooked, the patty was overdone- dry, and old. This is the last time I'm going, I mean there were NO OTHER customers! Why couldn't I get a freshly made burger?
