I used to work here and I absolutely loved it. Fantastic staff and managers. They were always cheerful and happy when I came to work and kept me uplifted.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options just decide to leave the meat out. I've been purchasing meals from this restaurant for nearly two years now. Ive had great meals and great service...as well as... substandard food quality and service.I stopped buying meals because I received cold, hard and inedible fries. I stopped buying roast beef sandwichs for myself, because I received hard ends stuffed into the sandwich meat.I've been verbally attacked just asking for fresh fries from a team leader who denied they "did those things".They had some great young...read full review

I called to get some info for parking at your 11th Street Arby’s and talked with Cyruss, possibly the nicest young lady ever!! As someone who is handicapped watching the TU OU game is going to be a challenge for this old fart!! Haha, she was accommodating beyond belief!! Thanks, young lady, you are amazing!! Ps my wife insists on cooking tailgate stuff, but I may hit u up for some Tailgate stuff!! See ya Saturday at noonish!! Bryan
