I've been here several times and it's kind of all around just not good. The service is really slow despite very few patrons being in the restaurant, it took a very long time to be greeted, get drinks, order and then get our food. The restaurant seemed to be adequately staffed especially considering how empty the restaurant was. It took us about an hour and a half for two people to eat lunch in an almost empty restaurant. I ordered the chicken Mediterranean bowl and my friend had chips and queso. I'm not sure why it took so long to prepare but by the time we got our food it was cold. Then of course it took forever to get our check. The only good thing I have to say is the server was nice. But unfortunately not especially quick or efficient. For the price and quality of the food, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Food taste was good, fries were really good, however parts of my burger where dry and the seever slightly annoyed when we ask questions about the spice level of some of the food, my gril friend really cant handle anything spicey we were just wanting to be sure because shes be assured by other restaurants thats "its not spicy" but it often times is to her. Other than that we had a alright time thier.

I ordered food and was told 10 minutes, 30 minutes later it finally comes out and half of it is cold. I bring it back to get it fixed and they told me it’ll be another 10 minutes for fries which actually took another 20 minutes after that. By the time the fries came out the rest of the food was cold. Go figure. The up charge and prices in general are wild for the poor quality service they provide. Crazy it took me almost an hour for food which wasn’t good. I’ll remember not to come here next time ✌️?Edit: How do y’all actually not put BBQ on a smokehouse BBQ burger? That’s crazy. Don’t come here, waste of time and money for sure.

Came in on a Sunday waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged or sat, was taken to a dirty table and the guy with the fro had the audacity to be upset when I asked him to wipe it down even though he’s literally carrying a wash rag. My girls chicken wasn’t cooked all the way and I spent 120$ for a mediocre meal and bad

Really disappointed in the food the past couple of times I've been here. This was my go to place when hungry for a good burger. Be sure to check your order if picking up to take home. The prices have gone way up for what you get! We ordered two burgers with fries. The fries were wet and maybe half full.
