Big country breakfast was delicious & for just $5 and all that food... fantastic deal! However, when I went through the drive thru...the women was so rude!! Didn't say hello, didn't say a word too me! I said thank you and she didn't say anything! Basically threw the food at me and slammed the door behind her! She looked like she was miserable & as if she hated the world and what she was doing! Worse thing of all, she was a manager...she should be a role model...NOT what I saw! What a darn shame!

I came through the drive-thru on Christmas Eve 2023 for a last minute meal before I tucked in for the next few days. Unfortunately, my french fries were not stale and unedible. So, I returned on December 26th to speak with the manager about getting a meal replacement. Stephen, the assistant manager, was more than happy to take care of me as a customer. He wanted me to be satisfied and come back to his store, #138 on Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He personally cooked my replacement meal himself and was more than accommodating. Thanks to him, I will definitely be returning to Braum's at this location. A fresh, hot meal especially these days with the inflated prices is very important to me as a customer. Thank you for giving me great customer service Stephen! Highly recommend!

Went through drive through. Rude employees. First girl tried to give me sundaes not my order slammed window in my face when corrected. The male tried to hand me a cup ice cream no lid and second ice cream was in a cone ordered a cup. He got an attitude when I asked to be in a cup as ordered and for a spoon. Customer service sucks.

I went through the drive through tonight the employees were rude, then I was parked to wait on my order which wasn’t an issue they said they were waiting on fries but surprisingly as soon as I pulled around they brought my food, I realized when I got home about 5 minutes later that the reason it was so quick was because my large fry was only half full and cold and the chicken strip dinner was also cold. Absolutely ridiculous
This store is visibly dirtier than others. I love braums but this one is by far the least friendly and everyone working there looks like they’re on psych meds or just don’t care. I’m not sure why the one on 101st has worse reviews, they do forget items but they make the food a little more proper and have had good customer service.

I ordered a cherry limeade, had it replaced twice, and it tasted like fermented lime juice. I went to the counter to just get a refund, needed a manager to do it, then went and sat with my party. Nobody ever came to my table. I went back up and the employee told me that her manager, Paige, wasn't refunding my money because there was soda in my water cup. I was accused of stealing soda when it was the iced coffee that was ordered and paid for. But, nobody said anything until I went back up to the counter. I was refused a refund for stealing soda that was really a purchased iced coffee. Paige said she was too busy to deal with me because she was unloading truck. She wasn't too busy to wrongly accuse me of stealing, though. I was simply trying to have breakfast with my family.

The store is really thrashed often. The politics by the dude behind the cashier is unnecessary and self serving for his conspiracy issues and lack of knowledge. Just give me my order right so I can go and not have to watch or listen to what is going on there.
