I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was great. I ordered an 8 piece meal and you get plenty of food for the price.

Got the chicken chunks, the jalapeño chicken and the steak finger dinners. 6 different sides. We all shared trying everything. Loved all the chicken. Steak fingers, not so much. Gravy was good. The only sides we liked was the cold slaw. The rolls were good too. Door Dash delivery was fast!

Honestly, ick. It tastes like growing up poor. Served on the finest of fine styrofoam, with the finest plastic cutlery. ? TRASH. ❌ If I’m going to overpay to eat out I want to be served something worth overpaying for. I don’t even stoop that low in my own home. It was trash. Never coming back, you can count on it.✅GO TO POPEYES or KFC.✅?‍♀️ The chicken here was only good hot. Cold is reheated and trash. Sides are also trash.?‍♀️ It’s only good if you love places like Shoney’s or Golden Coral.?‍♀️ I want my money back. I couldn’t eat most of it. If you’re going to overpay for food it ought to be worth it. This is not.⭐️ Besides all that the staff was so kind and really helpful.⭐️ Clean kitchen atmosphereVegetarian options: Boring vegetarian option but it’s there.Parking: Loads of parking to go somewhere else cuz this is trash.How many more times can I say “trash” on this review.

This is going to be an unusual review. I am making this review purposefully so that the Charlie’s Chicken team and hopefully regional manager or owner of this location will see it. I have nothing to say about the food. The food is always amazing. My order is always correct and the people serving me have always been very kind.Now to my problem, I went through the drive-through tonight, October 25, 2023 at around 6:40PM. When I got to the window and paid, everything went well. The woman at the window was very kind and time efficient. She gave me back my card and told me it would be just one second which was completely fine with me. I watched through the window as what I’m assuming to be the manager (a woman with gray hair that was in a bun) came to talk to the woman at the window. While I couldn’t hear what the manager was saying. I definitely saw the attitude all over her face as she yelled and scolded this very kind woman who was just waiting to hand me my food. When my food was ready, the woman at the window very kindly handed it to me and I told her, “your doing great, don’t sweat it”. She looked very obviously upset and thanked me for my comment. Now, somebody may ask why is this my problem? I’m not the one that got yelled at, so why should I care? I care because it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional to yell at an employee or staff member in front of a paying customer. I care because no employee should be talked to that way by a manager or a fellow coworker. I care because I do not want to support a business that does not treat their employees like real people.How I would like this to be handled: ideally, I would like the regional manager to speak with the manager/coworker that started this employee abuse. If it can be rectified and the very kind a woman in the window can forgive this manager for her verbal abuse, great! If not, I would like this manager/staff member to be replaced.I’m so very disappointed in the Charles team tonight. What a shame that their work place has a manager that is verbally abusive.

Went here with my partner to dine in, food was very very good (as always) and the staff was so friendly and awesome for the most part. However, in the middle of us sitting and eating, one of the employees went out of his way to approach us and made a weird comment about my partners appearance. Didn’t even ask if we were enjoying the food or anything. It’s okay if this employee has poor social skills or something, but it still made us quite uncomfortable.

While the food is good I am very disappointed with the size of the chicken chunks. Used to eat here all the time because the chunks were huge. Now they are the size of a nugget. Just purchased 2 three chunk meals with drinks and it cost over $26. Could've gotten Canes for less money but more chicken.

We stopped in after leaving Walmart cause we smelled the chicken and immediately it made us hungry....We had never been to a Charlie's Chicken so I really didn't know what to expect. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like they really valued our patronage. I had mentioned that we had never been there before so the gal behind the counter began to explain the menu and the various options. After we received our food the manager came over and said that she had heard it's our first time there and had us sample what she thought was the best thing on the menu. It was chicken with jalapeños and onions. So delicious. Everything we got was delicious! The manager didn't have to do that but it was the cherry on the cake. Thank you!

Went to the one in west Tulsa 1st due to running errands at Tulsa hills. Never again. Place was closing at 3 poor customer service , limited food choices & not clean. So we stopped at this one in Bixby/Memorial on our way home. Great customer service,greatfood & restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be back.
