Food was amazing as usual.. I am an employee of the mall so I frequent the food court and try to change up what restaurants I eat at so I can have some variety. Came here while it was a little busy but not to bad but still not an excuse for what the cashier did... I ordered my food with extra chicken and with extra noodles and she asked me something I could not hear so i just kinda looked at her and asked what she had said. She then proceeded to get frustrated and cuss me out in Spanish and call me some very rude terms.. luckily I am hispanic and I understood everything she was saying to me... she was probably stressing about something so I'm not too mad about it but I will warn you all that sometimes they have a temper here but the food is well worth it

The food was good over all but the fried rice was a little bland and the meat rubbery.Putting that aside all the flavors came together well to be a overall good lunch. I had the beef & Chicken combo with fried rice, veggies and a egg roll.

Food was not good at all the rice tasted old an rubbery noodles slimy an soggy and they refused to give me a refund poor service when I called twice to talk with a manager they said I had the wrong number will definitely not eat here again

Never had bad tasting food. However, I notice a lot of angry reviews saying the staff is unfriendly. This is one of those places you go for the food, and not the customer service. I don’t think the staff means to be rude but either way they make amazing food.

Bad food and even worse staff. I called and asked if I could receive a refund over the phone and they said yes but said no when I went back up. You will not be getting anymore money from me. Go to Egg Roll Street or even the shop to the right of nori japan they are leagues better.

I went there to get some sushi and asked about the sushi appetizer. The man was extremely rude to me from the get go. It was loud and I understand that, but as someone who works there you should know it's going to be loud and make accommodations for that even if it means taking an extra 30 seconds to talk to a customer instead of trying to rush them. I ended up getting the sushi appetizer because he would not answer my questions no matter how many times I repeated it. Turns out, it's simply two pieces of salmon or tuna for 5 dollars. That's a rip off. Period. This place needs serious work. Also, there was something wrong with the sushi. I'm not sure what they did to it, but it didn't even taste like rice and salmon. Makes me question if it was actually salmon.

Writing this on behalf of my sister who contacted food poisoning from this establishment. She has been vomiting and cramping since yesterday. Obviously we will be contacting THD about this and get this dirty place inspected before others become sick.
