Doesn’t have a dining room. Nice building but a waste of space. Would have eaten here otherwise. No point in getting pizza in a shopping district if we have to eat it in the car.

Customer for 12 years. Twice in a row, I arrived at this Pizza Hut at 71st & Memorial & nobody was working the drive-by window. This time I honked & knocked on the window but still nobody came to the window. I parked & went in & found no employees. Finally 2 employees came in the very back & started to make pizzas but made no attempt to help waiting customers. Finally a delivery driver came in, checked me out, & gave me my pizzas. The pizzas were hot & tasted great. This location is in desperate need of competent management or it cannot survive against Dominos & Mazzios.

This particular kitchen gets 5 stars. Excellent. Their front counter needs a bit of customer service pep polishing but the food and the cleanliness of the entire restaurant made up for that. Way above average.
