We’ve been going to Ricardos for about 30 yrs. It’s a family favorite. The last few yrs haven’t been quite the same with service & quality. However, last week we dined at Ricardos and the service and food were great!!! The food was hot & fresh just like it used to be. The tacos were stuffed with meat and cheese. The service was amazing and the young lady that served us was great, always smiling and happy. Congrats on 50 yrs Ricardos! You’re doing great!

I know Ricardo’s recently got a bad review on Facebook, but I just wanted to share my experience Monday afternoon early evening and let y’all know Ricardo’s is lucky to have Tara on their team. If you're thinking of going, do yourself a favor and ask for her. Trust me, you won’t regret it. From the moment we saw Tara walk in the door before we were even seated she looked over, gave us the biggest, warmest smile, and immediately asked if we’d been helped yet. That energy? Immaculate. She jumped right in without hesitation and didn’t miss a beat our entire visit. We started as a group of 5 and turned into a party of 18 (yep, 18!), and she never flinched. She had other tables, too, but you’d never know it she treated us like we were her only ones. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, hot, and fast, and she made every single person feel taken care of. Tara was friendly, professional, and honestly just a joy to be around. By the end of the evening, she had all of our money and we were happy to give it to her. She earned every penny and then some. Tara, you crushed it. Thank you for turning our evening into a great memory!

This place really surprised me! I’m not a big Mexican food person but the food here is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is incredible. The staff are very personable and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu! This place is definitely worth a visit!

Service is always amazing here! Food hasn’t changed in 50 years, always nice to support local restaurants. Has something for everyone and if the salsa isn’t hot enough ask for the “hot stuff” they will bring out the crushed peppers and habanero sauce which is amazing! Best known for the chile rellleno. The management is always good we have great experiences with Thomas.
