I think I prefer the shrimp over the chicken, for sure. 3/5The spicy chicken Alfredo is just as delicious as it has always been! 5/5Disappointed about how small the bread is though. I understand people probably waste it often, but it’s kind of annoying having to continuously get the servers attention to get more bread! That bread is probably like 1/person! Lol.

Today 9/18 was my birthday. Hubbie decided to get lasagna to go. I ate 1/2 of it and wondered why tasted kinda sour. started deconstructing it and bottom noodle layers and whatever between was brown. took the full untouched & deconstructed lasagna back to restaurant along with mine. BOTH LASAGNAS looked and smelled this way.Manager (said Eric) could NOT give me refund, said sorry and offered a new meal or a free meal later. I agreed to a meal later but tell me WHY I would trust another meal? I am SO MAD my birthday meal was #@#@Shame on you and lack of caring or customer service & sending out food that HOPEFULLY wont make me sick cause this is disgusting!!

No air conditioning? STILL? We love Zio’s. We really do. Mr. Cash, the server, is excellent and does a great job every time to ensure we have a good experience. HOWEVER, it has been over 2 months now since their air conditioning has been out and in this Oklahoma heat, that is unacceptable. Not only is this uncomfortable to customers, but I can’t even imagine what it is like to work for hours in that heat. No wonder they are searching for new employees. Who would want to work in those conditions? Overall, the food is getting back to normal (pre-covid quality) which is great. There for a while it was pretty bad, as other reviewers have mentioned. The service is great. The atmosphere overall is pleasant but the heat in the place is stifling, and sadly, that makes for a bad dining experience. Please get that fixed.

Our waitress was extremely nice, I don't remember her name but she should get a raise. I didnt give 5 stars because when we were there it was super hot, like the AC was broken or something. It made us leave quicker than normal. The food was good though at reasonable prices.

This is my first time at zio's and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We went on a Friday evening around 6. The temperature outside was 100 plus, we did not notice the note on the door stating that they had no AC until we was on our way out the door. We were seated we complained to each other about the heat but we chose to stay so cannot continue to complain but it was very uncomfortable I really wish we would have left at that point. The service went downhill from there. It took us over an hour and a half to eat and get out of that place and that was way too much time in there. I don't know if everyone was just moving slow because it was so hot but we didn't even get to order our food until 30 minutes after being seated. We chose to stay! bad decisions!! I will have to come back to see if it is better. so the food was mediocre I got a lasagna my friend she got some chicken pasta. Although I do feel like a salad should be included with your dinner.

Spent the afternoon in Tulsa running a few errands and decided to eat a late lunch at Zio's. It was not very busy at the time so I can not review the service at peak hours but we were promptly seated and well taken care of. The chicken parmigiana was very good and my wife also ventured out and tried something different that she thought was good as well. The food was priced accordingly and would fall under or at some of the other Italian chains that you could visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Italian in the Tulsa area!!

Calamari was way over cooked and tasteless, even the fried veggies that comes in the order had no flavor. Spaghetti was fair, but meatballs had little flavor, as did the Italian sausage, and the chicken was mushy and bland. The ONLY saving factor was the pasta sauce.

We went to this location today for lunch. There was a decent crowd. Our food was fresh and delicious. Our server was kind and prompt. Would recommend!

We had a party of six and it started out as one of the worst experiences at any restaurant waiting for over 40 minutes to get our order taken we almost left. The manager, Carla, was the reason why this is 5 stars!! She went absolutely above and beyond to take care of us. She was just phenomenal and made our horrible visit one of the best!! Hats off to Carla she was soooo amazing and helpful. She even made our appetizers & two of the dinners. She's how customer service should be. Carla thank you again for taking care of us and for making a miserable time one of the best ever!! Because of you & the great food we'll be back for sure.

I have ordered a tiramisu from zios and it is 1 inch only and it is ridiculously small. I called the restaurant and he told me that's just the way they cut it and there is nothing they can do. Will not buy it again.

Close this place down. The entire place is filthy and no one is cleaning it. If the bathroom is filthy (and it is) then you don't want to see the kitchen. Hands down the worst food I've had in a long time and there is a lot of bad food to choose from in town. Clearly no good employee even wants to work for you anymore and I don't blame them.

We brought a bus load of teens during a robotics tournament. Staff was great....friendly, knowledgeable and quick with service, both ordering and food arrival as well as drink refills and just checking in. Food was delicious with numerous options. Portion size was generous. Would definitely return either with a group or also great for families.
