I was so excited to try this place. I was SO disappointed that I spent $30 here. I am not a picky eater but everything i tried tasted so bad, it went in the trash. I got a mediterrean chicken "plate" which was just a few pieces of horrible quality chicken with some onions. The falafel was overly hard, cold pieces drowned in "tzatziki" sauce (which just tasted like plain yogurt with way too many onions in it, I'm guessing for texture). I also got the spinach feta roll ups. Spinach was actually frozen in one of my rolls, and there wasn't a single chunk of feta. And no flavor to the frozen spinach - literally just frozen spinach. Let's get to the Greek salad - romain, 1 leaf of spinach, two sliced peppers, 1 tomato. Greek dressing was only a bitter flavored oil. After taking 1 bite of everything, my stomach felt horrible (Im guessing from a weird bitter, sour taste that everything seemed to have) I understand this is a chain but I definitely expected something resembling true mediterrean food. If I lived closer, I would have taken everything back. Instead, it all went into the trash. I have NEVER had a meal where there was something wrong with every little detail.

I had a curbside pick up this evening, to bring home where I was working. Another customer had a name almost identical to mine, therefore I got home with the wrong order. I contacted the store simply to obtain a refund. They bent over backwards to get me my food FAST and without trouble for me. They brought it!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Not much Taziki sauce on my gyro today. Over stuffed with too many veggies and barely any lamb. Gonna be going back to my usual ham and mozzarella grilled cheese I guess.

Cannot complain because they have had great service every year! Friendly staff and they make the best grilled salmon kabobs and potato salad. I love having their chocolate cake too.

Usually happy with everything. Today they disappointed me for the last time. Ordered Tossed Greek Salad to go from the counter. Picked up hummus to take home and a drink. There were plenty of staff members, no apparent backlog of to go orders, phone only rang once in the 15 minutes I was there. Should have checked my order as soon as it was handed to me. Got home and started to eat. Noticed that there was NO PASTA in the salad. The main reason I fight the traffic and order in person is for this particular salad -- and it was NOT what I paid for. Called the location, explained what happened completely and the young man politely said his manager would help. She gave me 2 choices: she would personally deliver a replacement -or- she would refund $$.I opted for refund since waiting another 30-45 minutes for my salad was not consistent with my evening plans. She asked for my debit card #. That is not happening. I will NEVER give my debit card # to a stranger on the phone. She didn't offer anything else like an emailed voucher for a free item or anything else. This location has short-changed myself or my sister at least 3 times in the past year by reducing the portion size, serving a cold sandwich or side that should be hot, and passing dry cake off as fresh. Really. With all the choices I can make, I can mark this location off for good. McAlister's does a better job all the way around.

Great Mediterranean fast food. Avocado smash was excellent. Humus was very tasty, spiced up just right. Pita bread was soft and delicious. Overall, a really great meal for a price that was about the same as you'd expect from Chick-fil-A, not cheap but not outrageously expensive.Restaurant seating and tables were comfortable and clean. Self serve drink area was well stocked and clean.

Had chicken kabob. I seldom eat fast food. I have no access to grind. It was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The chicken was dry barely cooked. Each of the sides was as bad as the one next to it. It was also fairly pricey. The place was empty but it took 20 minutes for them to put it together. Yikes

The food choices here does nor disappoint. There are a variety of healthy tasty foods you can pick from. Every time I go there I end up ordering at least 2 days worth of meals and today was no exception. The protein bowl is exceptionally good.. if you like spicy food please try it. I chose lamb for my meat. I also got steak and shrimp kebab - AMAZING ?
