French dip is delicious and drive thru was very fast

was amazed... had only 2 people operating when we went thru but they were a well oiled team, they were handling us and drive thru seamlessly. compared to the local Arby's on NW expressway that can't seem to even open the lobby 1/2 the time and are slow with several people on the floor kudos to this place!

You need to closed this Main Street down. I gave this location a second chance. Your manage who works there is VERY rude. It was 8:12 pm and they were already closing. You sign states 10:30. My curly fries were cold and so was the sandwich. I will NEVER come here again. I will drive to the 10th street location.

Honestly, because of my head trauma that happened in OKC where I actually had completely quit breathing, where thankfully our wonderful Lord gave me a second chance to survive ? BUT my goofiness brain had to relearn how to walk use a restroom by myself and after released from the OU Hospital ? I didn't know that my brain ? had also forgotten a few words that was words that I hadn't used since a couple of days prior to the head trauma that happened, anyhow long story short, the trauma happened on September 23, 2016 & after spending 3: months in the OU Hospital I was transferred to the OU rehab ? &'after a few weeks later I was released from the OU Hospital on December 17th , my mom asked me if I was tired of eating the hospital ? food ? and she also asked me about the first restaurant to pick & the first thing in my mind was ARBY'S! Well we ordered some sliders & after making it to the drive threw the Arby's located near McArthur & I wanted curly fries ? but unfortunately my memory forgotten what it was called, I ??? and said a roundabout potato ? and we had to circle around for me to relearn how to say CURLY FRIES ? ?

I had the prime rib dip. It was good and the au jus was good but for the price I get a sandwich with twice the meat at any deli.

Couldn't understand the cashier very well and we were charged extra for food that they agreed to add to an order but they gave us curly fries instead and charged for the mozz sticks instead of exchanging for the fries like they normally do.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to check what their employees are doing in the morning and why they’re closed extra hours because of the “lack of employees” which doesn’t seem to actually be an issue with how many people are walking around inside

Always great food and employees.

This is the second time we have ordered food here and they did not give us our fries. To add to it, they did not cut the French dips, they were cold and then my daughter just showed me these pieces of hard dried out meat that I included in the pictures. Very disappointed
Great sandwich and service. The salted caramel chocolate chip cookie was amazing. I came into eat when it was snowing, and the lobby was ridiculously cold. I'd recommend serving hot drinks or better insulating during snowy seasons.

They took too long to get my order. I had to use my debit card instead of paying cash for my order. When I got my got my order it had lettuce on my fish sandwich. I told them no lettuce on my fish sandwich. I can't eat lettuce on anything. I would have to be in the hospital throwing up blood. I am the one who goes thru the pain and many other things. I want my order the way I ordered it Not the way you want it. The woman was rude to me over it.
