I am not nearly impressed with Jersey Mike's as my husband is. He would tell you that it's the best bread and meat anywhere (for sandwiches) I think the bread is on the hard side, very expensive ($35 for one giant and one mini sandwich and two cookies).I would much rather have Subway anyway.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, the environment was very poor. I thought I was in a tattoo/piercing parlor. There is nothing worse than to be waited on by a person that looks like a walking billboard with a booger ring hanging out their nose. It just turns me the wrong way. Why restaurants hire those who have piercings in every orifice is beyond me.

They got my order wrong. I asked for a veggie sandwich, took a bite and ate some fresh beef lol. Communication was bad, guy taking my order seemed like he was having a tough day or just really introverted. Jersey mikes is a great place to eat, just this location was pretty poor compared to the rest in the city. If you’re gonna charge expensive sandwiches you should get a quality sandwich in return.

Waited an hour to get an online order. Checked in on arrival when order was supposed to be ready. Waited in store 45 minutes. Watched at least 30 people order and receive their food before me. Someone finally checked in again and asked what I was waiting for. Ridiculous. I was not the only person with lost orders. Another person had theirs refunded after waiting so long. Horrible service. Insult to injury was one of the workers saying “there’s so many of us working today, why does it feel so hectic.” Will not be back.

My husband and I ordered a giant Philly and a giant Big Kahuna. They made the regular size and not the giant-size. The new giant Big Kahuna did not barely have any cheese at all. I pointed out that I should have gotten extra cheese like the menu said. The girl I spoke to asked me if I wanted them to remake it, and I said, yes please. I also had a picture of the regular Big Kahuna I purchased the day before and I showed it to Anthony would got argumentative with me. He told me he puts the same amount of cheese on all his subs. I told him the menu says I get extra cheese. He said it didn't matter, I would get the same amount of cheese no matter what sub I ordered. So, I showed him a picture of my sub from the day before, and he picked up a package of cookies, and tried to give to me, and he said in a very sarcastic manner, "here, you want a cookie too?!" In the meantime, they completely forgot to make ANY sub for my husband. So, I had to ask them, where is my husband's giant Philly? Did you for get to make it? Apparently, they did because the grill was clean and nothing cooking on it. So, I paid more than $50 (plus a tip) for two subs and a major attitude from Anthony. When I asked him his name, he continued his bad attitude in front of other customers and said, "My name is Anthony and you can go ahead and call the office in Oklahoma City. Go right ahead!" As if Jersey Mike's does not give consequences for bad behavior and horrible customer service. This is my husband and I's 2nd time in a Jersey Mike's and probably our last.

Ordered a $16 sub in a bowl with extra meat and cheese. I got about 1/2 of the meat that was on my previous regular sub. Barely enough meat to even call a snack. A 6" cold cut trio from Subway would be 2x this meat. Not to mention they left off the bacon. They basically STOLE $7 from me. This is isolated to this location. I order this all the time. I even questioned the staff and they assured me it was correct... they only get 2 stars because it least it was ready on time..
