My fiance and I have been having date night at Johnny Carino's for years. It's our favorite place to go, the food is delicious and the portions are big enough for plenty of leftovers, yummy. Have to give a shout out to the servers! They are always working hard and keep their composure even when we've seen some of the customers throw straight tantrums and take out personal problems on these poor guys. The managers are always on top of that comp trying to please even the unpleasable. We've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, however, no matter what the chill atmosphere never changes. Our great experiences here and the irresistible food are the reason I decided to propose to my girlfriend / now fiance at Johnny Carino's. They even let us do it like in the movies where I give the ring to the bartender. Shout out to the Bar tenders, thank you for making that such a magical night for us!!!
I was swiftly greated with many smiles. It was extremely busy and yet the lovely bar tender Storie managed to get all my food, drinks, and the never ending bread stick train ? in a timely manner. She was quite sweet, extremely professional. The food was so good we couldn't leave without personally thanking the chef, and manager Jeff. They were very nice. 10/10 would recommend. Yukon's lucky to have such a delicious, professional, family oriented restaurant, with a great sense of community. Made sure to leave a tip because Lord knows we are are struggling in these difficult times, so no reason to go out if your not prepared to.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one slip by. We went to the Yukon, OK location. We didn't have to wait for a table. They didn't look that busy so that was good, we thought. My wife and her mom ordered salad. I ordered a hamburger. It literally took more than 30 minutes to get my meal. By the time I did get my meal, my party had finished their food. We asked for a Mgr after getting my meal because the fries, of course, were cold, which told me it sat out for awhile. The Mgr never apologized and rudely asked, do you want me to make you another meal? Really? After waiting 30 minutes, you want to make it again? New fries is all I was needing. Once I did get it, my burger was very good. The food here is awesome. The service is cooking staff is terrible. About a week later, we thought we would give them another shot, I mean I get it, people have bad days. NOPE not so much. We had a bigger group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We were sat in a separate room with a big group already there. The server, I believe was overwhelmed. Instead of taking our order quickly 1st, she decided to print up separate tickets for the bigger group of about 12. Which took forever, them she cashed them out. Only after that, did we get a chance to order. It probably wouldn't have been that big of an issue, but because we had a bad experience before, I was somewhat impatient. But for sure, the server should have taken our order 1st. That took maybe 2 minutes compared to waiting 15 minutes after we had decided what we wanted. Again, the food is outstanding. Just very unhappy with the service there.

This place used to be so good & a favorite of mine but over the years it has gone downhill & sad to see that as of today is still horrible ?Pasta was undercooked & had barely any sauce on themPotato soup doesn’t taste the same anymore & potato chunks undercookedThis is frustrating when the prices have gone up. I’ve stayed away for awhile & was trying to give it another shot tonight but disappointed yet again.Parking: Take out parking spots have had crater holes in them for yearssss! Fix it
