The staff is always nice here, always multiple cashiers, each asking if I've ordered/ am ready to order and being patient while I browse the menu. There was a small wait but the atmosphere was lovely and all the families coming in for lunch were happy to wait and socialize.

Went for dinner at 7:20p on a Saturday night. The staff had 3/4 of the store closed for mopping and all customers were shoved in a quarter of the store. With people still coming in. They just didn’t want the area to get dirty.If you don’t close until 9pm, you don’t shut down all your tables 2 hours before the doors close. When you still have customers coming in looking for places to sit.

9/24I’ve update my review for a couple reasons. 1st is that the GM Christopher called me shortly after I posted my initial review and was very apologetic. He asked me questions about the issues we had. He offered to buy our next meal the next time we came in. I appreciate that he acknowledged the order was not well put together and tried to find a remedy since we weren’t able to return same day.This time our order was perfectly fine and the food was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will say it was also a very slow night since it’s a little later on a Monday. So food came out quick.I would still suggest if you order mobile or to go that you just double check everything before you leave. Our only issues have come from to go orders and not in store.I usually love McAlister’s but the Yukon location has really been struggling for a minute. Seems like every time we order especially to go, something is messed up. One time neither my husband or my salad had dressings. This time my McAllister club is missing the lettuce and is cut really awkwardly to where once slice is all crust. My side of mac and cheese wasn’t even full. In the photo it’s after one bite.

McAlister's always has delicious food. The place is very clean and you can tell it's well taken care of. The staff are courteous and fast. They even check on your table.

I love the integration with their app so I can sit at a table to order and have my food brought to the table, rather than standing in line. We were there for lunch on a Sunday and it was BUSY. The line to order at the counter was all the way out to the door! Even still, we placed the order from the table through the app and it was brought out in the same amount of time that I would expect from another sit-down restaurant. I had the Pecanberry Salad and it was amazing!! The fruit was very fresh and the ratio of fruit, chicken and greens was perfect. An employee came by to check on our drinks for refills and to take dishes away which was unexpected but great. This place will absolutely go into our rotation of favorite places to eat.
My family and I visit this McAlisters at least once a week. I go a lot more for the tea pass. The food is always fresh and the tea is the best I have ever found! Even if it is out of our way we always visit this location because of the thoroughness of Chris and his employees!

Did curbside pick up. Waited almost a hour for it after the time it said it would be ready. Then called to check on it. Person said she'd check then hung up

My wife and I both ordered a Spud, they came out burnt on the bottom and were lacking any freshness. Tasted like a potato from the previous day. Didn't come near any freshly baked potato I've ever eaten before. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
