My family used to eat here several times a week. Even after the prices increased. My wife ordered us all carne asada fries, our favorite here. Took the usual 30 minutes, which we are fine with. She gets home, we live about 2 mikes away, its just fries, carne asada and cheese. No jalapenos, tomatos, guacamole, or sour creme. She takes them back up there, cold by now, they refuse to remake them, and say yes, it is missing all of that, give her a container of tomatoes and jalapenos and said thats all ya get. So we ended up eating an incorrect and cold dinner. You lost my family's business. Avoid this woman at all costs, she is very disrespectful and not courteous at all.

2 Carne Asada fries order-$24. No jalapeño, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes- no toppings. Called after I got home and was told to come get a fresh order. Arrived and was given toppings- the only toppings were avocado and tomatoes. I told the staff member that for the price this was a huge inconvenience, and she smirked at me and sad I know. I’ve ordered this order several times and they confirmed the order had not changed. I will never return- their prices are overpriced, terrible attitude, and they are slow. They don’t allow you to call ahead.

We came here excited to try this place for the first time. The positive is that a member of the staff was polite and willing to help us find things that we might want to try. We both ordered a bacon Mexican hot dog, as well as a loaded asada Nachos that was $12. The menu in store and online both have the bacon mexican hot dog priced at $4 each. When we looked at our receipt, we saw that we had been charged $4 and an additional $2 for bacon on each hotdog. When we went to the counter and pointed out that the menu said one thing but was charged more. The young lady seemed confused at first. Then, another coworker came up and said that they had to ring it up that way. And that I could come around the counter and look at the screen. They said that they needed to update the menu. I informed them that the website said $4 as well. And they seemed unaware. I would think that they would refund the $4 or at least say can we apply it towards something else because we were about to order a few of their desserts. However, when we saw that they weren't willing to correct their mistake, we just decided to leave. Bad business practices that can have a company lose out on more money is not the way to go. This is a form of stealing from your customers. Especially since not everyone ask for a receipt or would notice the extra charges that are not supposed to be their. 1 star because they should not run their business with deception and would not fix it.

Counted 5 workers and multiple customers standing in line. Girl at register just leaves everyone and goes to the back. Could hear all of them complaining and bickering in Spanish. Stood in line for 5 minutes and nobody made an attempt to help the customers. Decided to walk out and have no intention of giving another try. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This was my first time going here. It seemed like a great place to get your favorite Mexican snacks like elote, esquites, etc. They have a ton of variety and reasonable prices. I purchased an esquite preparado con todo and Agua de Jamaica. I do not recommend the agua de Jamaica. It tasted like plain water with sugar... so I am not sure if they over sugared it (to an extreme), diluted it with water instead of making more, or if they just made it with powder you can buy at the store instead of making it from scratch. Whatever it was, the Jamaica was terrible and it didn't taste like Jamaica should. Get an horchata instead. Other than than, it's still a great place for the snacks!

We love the corn on a cup here because it reminds me of what I had in Mexico but customer service is not the same anymore except for maybe two employees that still care about customers that go there often, otherwise they’ll have you waiting for a while and even stare at you from the back of the store while you wait and won’t say anything to you. It’s a shame because my family loves the stuff they sell but maybe they could use some retraining in customer service otherwise it would have been all 5 stars from me.

This place is gross and expensive. The food was not good. The service is even worse. I asked what was in the food because of my picky eater, and they lied. They didn't know what was in it. They were almost closing, so we couldn't dine in, but they didn't tell us until after we paid. I don't recommend.
