I love Starbucks, and I always get a matcha latte from here. Usually, the service here is pretty good, and they make my drink correctly. The most recent time I went, I got the same drink I always get. I spent about $20 on 3 drinks, and All the matcha powder was settled into the bottom, the barista didn't even bother to mix it in or anything. The line wasn't long either, but it seemed like she was rushing and we were the only ones in line. I usually have an OK experience with this Starbucks, but this time it wasn't great.

The gentleman working the drive thru window on 20 Jan 24, at 12:42.. nicest Starbucks employee I've ever met! The dude was so nice and friendly. We have traveled all over the United States and just passing through the town.. He was fast and nice. Thank you!

I found the workers condescending and defensive. The bsrrista said she called my name twice. But since I was 10 ft from the pickup spot, I'm not sure who she was calling. Also, after waiting 15 minutes, I stood up to ask about my order. The lady who had taken my order said, "Your order has been down there this whole time." This was before I said a word. She saw me sitting there, couldn't she have said something sooner? When I tied to ask about this they got defensive and wouldn't listen to my concern. I doubt I'll be back to this store.

MAYOR OF REALVILLE

Always super slow……..set in the line for 15 min, only to get to the front of the line and told to hold on another 10 min. While waiting the screen began going black flashing off/on, so we pulled forward thinking it had messed up. We were then rudely informed that we couldn’t order at the window and needed to get back in the line…..no thanks, I’ll just stick to the Starbucks on Mustang rd from now on! Not overly busy, not super slow, and employees are a bit friendlier.

Hire more employees. 30 minutes is the average wait time with 4 cars in line at the Yukon Garth Brooks Starbucks. Starbucks I'm looking at you, there've been too many times I've only see two kids behind the counter trying to provide service for a drive-through and restaurant. Do better for the people that work for you. Shame on Starbucks

I have tried calling numerous times and each time the phone is answered and then immediately hung up, the final time I called I was told "we close at 6pm thank you". Extremely rude and not customer service driven, I'll go out of my way to go to another Starbucks than one that's local.

As we were traveling on the road, decided to get a drink to go. I created a mobile order for my usual passion tango tea. Had a good experience, picking up my order. They had the order up in a timely fashion.The staff was very nice. She even offered pup cups for our dogs. Our dogs give two paws up for this establishment. Needless to say, we agree. well done Starbucks.

I'm surprised by the low rating here! I stayed nearby and visited this location several times during the week. They were quick with my order, offered samples of Fall Drinks and were always friendly. The store was clean and there was ample seating inside and outside. It's also just off of two major highways (I40 & Garth Brooks).

Average ?. Iiving in Albuquerque I go to 3 to 5 Starbucks a day it was an Average experience. But the Employees are really nice people.
