This store is an absolute JOKE. For years, they’ve been unreliable in service. They won’t help with website ordering issues. They don’t take any coupons. Whoever this franchise owner is, they need their agreement shredded.

This place is usually my go to Subway but man, they need to teach their staff how to make a sandwich. Seems like every time I have to ask for extra everything because they put half of what a sandwich is supposed to have. I’m sorry but if I’m paying 2024 prices, I expect the ingredients to be more than a skimpy amount.

We have been to this location a couple of times. Our first experience was great and the food was good. We went again tonight with a coupon and learned they don’t even take them. Super weird. Won’t be going back, we use coupons because feeding 3 kids is expensive (especially when two are teenage boys).

This Subway was top notch up till about 6 months ago. They do not honor coupons when every other subway does. Started asking for tips on the machine when you go to pay. We noticed that each time we go to this store which is about once a week that they put less food on the subs. I noticed again today that they were not friendly and this has been going on since I stopped giving a tip. I asked the young woman when I was paying if she can see on their computer screen if a patron gives a tip. She said yes. So now workers are treating patrons bad all because they don't get a tip. Bad business if you ask me. We will not be back.
