They got my to-go order wrong this time, but I called back and asked them to make it right and they certainly came through so I'm definitely appreciative of the good business ethics. This location never seems to be able to adhere to the curbside order. It's pretty sad when you walk in and you are not being helped because somebody is too lazy to bring your order out to you which you've paid for on the curbside app. I'm sure they called me a Karen today and I'm OK with that. Thanks to the manager calling me a bitch and the staff that like to laugh at their guests faces.

This is the best smoothie place hands down. The food is pretty good too. I stop here as often as I can. I'm addicted.
Have tried several times ordering curbside but each time I end up going in to get it. Each time there are 3 employees working with one just standing at the register asking to take my order. Today I waited 20 minutes in my car to see if they would eventually bring it out, nope! And my Beach Club salad did not have chicken on it. Won't be back to this location.

I'm a firm believer that friendliness within customer service has not gone by the wayside in society but to visit this particular tropical smoothie Cafe, it clearly has. I often stop at various tropical smoothie cafes throughout my week because I'm obsessed with the detox green island smoothie, however the only location that seems to be venominantly against friendliness, eye contact or anything that might make up a positive customer and employee interaction is this location. It's also the only location where I order an egg wrap where the eggs are mushy and grainy in texture and anytime I order extra of anything on the wrap, they take it to mean more of a silly request than something that a paying customer is requesting And I am left without. I think I'm just finally over this location in general. It's never a pleasant experience and they seem to have a different business model than other locations.
