I have given this restaurant several chances and I am over it. The quality of the food is always cold, the service has nice kids running it, but they don't get in any hurry to get the job done. I will not be back. It needs a total rehaul. I'm hoping the Wendy's at NW Expressway doesn't let me down.

Very disappointed! The girl at the window acted like she had better things to do. Assume it was an assistant manager wearing a blue polo. Not friendly and kept taking her headset off and on messing with her hair. Then proceeded to bag food without washing hands. The fries were fine but the burger was dried out and tasted kind of burnt. I usually love Wendy’s but I won’t be back to the Garth brooks location again. Do better Wendy’s

We came to wendys because it wasn't very busy. We order our food and wait 30 min to never receive a drink or food at all. I walked up to get a refund and had to wait for them to decide who wanted to do it. RIDICULOUS! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO WENDY'S! Very unprofessional!

You are better off going to a different Wendy’s the employees here are lazy ash, they’ll have orders and do nothing but sit there and talk to one another, the only decent employee there was the cashier he was nice and very aware unlike he's co-workers who weren't doing anything until it was late. These employees need to be replaced they clearly look like they do not wanna be there
The food is okay, not bad. Although one time I entered this establishment and saw some concerning stuff in the bathroom which should have been taken cared of by the restaurants management and staff. I definitely would not use the bathrooms at the establishment as they seem a little fishy but the staff are nice and the food seems to be alright. If you are in the area, properly think before coming as there are some better things up ahead but this is not the worst choice but there has been some things that would make me almost be at the point of not recommending it.

Absolutely disgusting location. The staff is incredibly rude, told me they’re going to make my order “ when they feel like it” so rude!!! I also noticed they weren’t wearing gloves when making food ? don’t eat here!!
