I took my family there for dinner only to be severed food that was cool to cold. Nobody wanted to send it back because of the time factor.

We celebrated today as a group of 10. Bailey was our server and she was great. Food was good and prices were fair. Thank you’

The staff is nice but the food is not so great - it’s usually cold, menu items are often substituted for like items that aren’t exact when they run out. It’s kind of dirty as well - glasses often are not clean. Most odd is that the location in Ancaster is one of the weakest ones relative to the other end of town. Management needs to crack the whip on this location and get it up to snuff because it’s not up to brand standards. A testament to this is that it’s often a ghost town, and this isn’t the poor end of town.

This was just so disappointing and honestly a scam. I got the lemon calamari appetizer for $17 that supposed to feed 3 people as described on their website. Not only did it taste absolutely horrible and soo nasty. This was the portion when I opened it. How disappointing! This was not even enough to feed one person, I feel like they just gave me someone’s leftovers. Truly disgusting that a business would operate this way

There for a late lunch yesterday. The service was poor in every respect. Took a long time to be seated. Took close to ten minutes for a waitress to come by just to give us water. She waited on another table so even walked by us a couple of times but did not stop by our table. Longer again for drinks and then longer for them to take our food order. My burger was cold when I finally got it. They overcharged us on the bill. Waitress was unfriendly too.

Patio was nice though.

Service was incredibly slow on the patio. Worst experienced in a long time. When you are spending $30 plus on an entree, disappointing. We were there 15 minutes or more before drink order was taken. No beef for fajitas (chef go to Sobeys or use another cut-how many steaks are on the menu?), no Stella after it was ordered. Veggie hamburger came cold.

My husband and I have come to this location a few times and have always liked it. The wings are great, and my son is a big fan too (especially when one order gives you ten). Shelby was very friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

Sat on the patio with my daughter for lunch today and our server Shelby went above and beyond to help us out when my daughter accidentally ordered the wrong item. The food was delicious!

As always, this location does not disappoint. A little on the loud side, and it was very cold in the restaurant yesterday evening, but besides that food, and drinks and atmosphere were great!

The nachos are too good, perfect hangover brunch. Alicia K was awesome, very friendly. 10/10!

The service was great. Had the pepper lemon wings, they drained well and had a lemony taste. They could have been crisper and were a little greasy. But they were still good.
