Great little cafe in the heart of Apsley. Very fresh food and a great selection of many different types of drinks as well. Very reasonably priced too! Definitely recommend stopping by this place, 10/10!

Hands down the best coffee shop I have ever been to! The staff are fantastic, great sizes for the price and the quality is amazing! My boyfriend and I come here way too often, and it saves us to Peterborough for starbucks. So greatful for their alternative milk options, too.

Driving to Maynooth in the morning and we were hungry. Found Calm N Ground on Google. Initially, we drove past - a bigger sign would helpful. Dont let others miss out on having your yummy breakfast bagels.I soooo enjoyed my everything bagel with egg, bacon and cheese. Bagel was perfectly toasted with the right amount of bacon.Stop in and check them out.Debbie and Karl

We came here for lunch takeout during our trip in the area. It was a really decent cafe with great value for money. All the food here was with good portions and decent flavour, at a much cheaper price than many ones in GTA in this market.We got ham and cheese sandwich (tasty according to other people in the group), baby size strawberry ice cream (note that their single scoop is equivalent to five small scoops elsewhere) and Greek salad. They put decent amount of cheese which blended well with the creamy sauce for the salad. The takeout box was fully packed with salad which even made it hard to open! I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for simple lunch options.

We just stopped at Calm N Ground for coffees and breakfast. Both coffees were really good (especially the iced coffee) and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious! The girl working was very friendly, overall service was great. We will definitely be back.
