The service is terrible and the food is over priced. We waited so long for a server, at our sticky table, that we had to get up and find one. Once our food was served we had to find utensils ourselves.

Food is far below acceptable standards. Fine dining prices at below-pub quality. They served me an $11.00 cocktail in a water glass. Are you kidding me. Sports bar or not I expect a cocktail to be served in a cocktail glass. It was a giant glass of juice. No alcohol to be found. Bare minimum standard. Over cooked, near blackened calamari. Bang bang shrimp with thick batter and overly sweet non-bang bang sauce, no spice at all. Table wasn’t cleaned, we had to ask for napkins and cutlery after our food arrived. Burger was not homemade. Fries were soggy and from frozen. Not unusual for a sports bar but at the prices they charge more is expected, they really need to step it up a few notches. Would not come back here.

I cannot lie and say the food is good, it’s pretty sad actually consider how great the whole resort experience was. Cheese on kids pizza not melted and complete chunk, steak was not cook as per requested as medium, came as very raw and bloody. The pasta is over boils yikes. But gotta give 3 stars for the excellent and friendly service

Seriously seriously bad! I honestly don't know how the cook could call this cooking. Its reheated frozen cheap food, i had fish and chips and it was borderline uneatable, i had a side of chemical gravy (i kid you not) served in a plastic pot that resembled some kind of plastic slime. The price for this standard of food is an outright disgrace. The service for these prices is equally a disgrace. Shame on horseshoe resort for charging these prices for this standard of food. My son also had a bud tummy after eating here, i will never ever eat in this place again.

Gave no lemon went back in to get lemon and they gave dried out 2 day old lemons
