Our family (me, my wife, daughter and my in-laws) visited this restaurant around 8:30 pm on July 27th. Initially, we were greeted by two young girls (not sure of their names) who were not so welcoming. We requested if we could get an outside table in the patio that had a sofa (for my mother in law as she is old), but we were told that it's not cleaned yet. We mentioned that we could wait until the table gets cleaned. One of the girls did not seem happy about it. They told us to go ahead and sit although the table was not clean at all. They got our menus and plates and placed it on the dirty table. I had to go back to request if she could clean the table and she came outside but she barely cleaned it. After that, our server Ashley made our night very welcoming and wonderful. Not only did she get all our orders right, but she made sure that everything came as per our request. She gave us enough time to finish appetizers and drinks before she got our main course. The food was freshly made and amazingly delicious. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to visit this location and we will surely visit again. Keep up the good work Ashley! I hope this location hires more employees like Ashley to provide the best customer service and hospitality.
Vegetarian options: Bruschettas, Buddha boomers and some of the pastas are good vegetarian options.

Table of 4 just walked out on Saturday July 27th at 1:50 PM. My buddy and I met two other guys at a booth in the bar area where they were served on drink each. One friend was waiting over 10 minutes to inform the server that the draft beer tasted awful! The two of us waited over 10 minutes. No service! Staff just kept walking by?? Bar tender ignored us?? Last night I sent back a draft beer. It was awful. Obviously they never corrected the issue! Absolutely no soap in the men's washroom!

Waited almost 20 minutes to have someone ask for our drinks. In that time my childten were yelled at and told they were disrupting others by someone who ended up being out male server. We finally got our first and only piece of bread 2 minutes beforw our meals came.
Build your own pasta is awesome! The cacio & pepe with crispy chicken was delicious. Very big portions for the price, generous refills on salad/soup and garlic bread. Food was full of flavor and prepared well. Our server, Nicole was wonderful, timely, and kind. We were fascinated by the robot that does table side deliveries lol, was a first seeing that! We enjoyed this ESM location and will def come back another time.

I picked up a Chicken Parm and past meal.@9:30pm By 3am I was violentl ill. I stayed at Super 8 and had to book a second night because I was too sick to leave the room, The clerk at the desk told me the same thing happened to another patron. Never again.

Parking: One location parking is somewhat difficult
Kid-friendliness: Often children are in the restaurants. Last time saw a 1 1/2 week old baby.

We just had a wonderful dinner at this location...... our server, Ashley, she was one of the best servers I've ever had. You can tell she loves her job and it just made our night out such a great experience! Even the kids when we walked out said "our server was really nice, I think she's the best one ever" If you're heading out for dinner at this location definitely ask for Ashley!
Kid-friendliness: This is a great spot for bringing the kids, the portion sizes are decent and affordable!
