Place was not the cleanest. I waited 20 mins for a plate of overpriced, mediocre food all while there was nobody in the restaurant and there were 4 staff memebers. The only thing that came even close to tasting like Greek food was the tatziki sauce! Will not be going back. Save your $!!!

One of the absolute worst restaurants in Barrie. I was so excited that Barrie was finally getting a Mr Greek after all these years without one. Now I wish Barrie never got one at all. I remember going opening night and the franchisee walking out on the guy running the place. Our wait was over an hour and a half and the place wasn't that busy. We have decided to give it another couple tries and have been thoroughly disappointed each time. The food is great but the service is deplorable. Our wait times have been around an hour each time. I would rather drive to Newmarket and eat there then to go 10 minutes up the road. Wake up in the kitchen. I can see working out kinks but it's been open a few years now and same guy running it. Get him out of there. You can work on more then one order at a time. I will never be back to this location until I see a sign saying under new management.Update:Question......have you changed management?? I just paid $70 for an Uber order and I have had this many times and it has been fantastic.. this time there is almost no sauce on our potatoes and rice..completely changes the meal and its just not

Mr Greek had immaculate interior design but the cleanliness is questionable. During my visit, service was particularly disjointed with less than 2 customers. During my visit, there had been garbage on the tables that remained even when I was on my way out.I was told that souvlaki would take 15 minutes to be ready so I opted into a gyro wrap but that also took over 10 minutes to be made.The food was nothing spectacular, tons of sauce even after I specified just a little bit of each.Left lunch feeling incredible heavy and sluggish after my meal.
