Last night went there to get dinner younger fella was working ordered a chicken souvlaki my husband got food poisoning from it meat wasn’t cooked properly and he gotten food poisoning from it , and hair net wasn’t warn either.

I have normally been pleased with pita pit. After hundreds of visits over the years I always have left full and satisfied after eating a large chicken souvlaki pita.But not today, I don't know if it is due to shrink flatiron. But my pita was lacking ingredients and appeared the same size as my 9 year olds regular size pitaNeedless to say, I was very disappointed. One more visit like this and I will never return.

Store ain't closed till 10 I call befor ten and was tould we can't deliver to u cause we close soon that's bad customer service and store service from your employees

Time after time again I try this pita pit and it lets me down. Everytime I’ve gotten a pita delivered it’s been wrong and a mess. When I go in person, there is no care to the pita. This last order I got, the chicken was hard, (I don’t think they cooked it), the tzatziki was in one clump, the red peppers in another clump. They forgot to toast it and the ranch. Inedible. It’s worth driving to Bayfield. That location is far better.

I got the big bowl they have and paid 18 dollars and this is how much chicken they put (which is mixed with mushrooms that looks like chicken).
Absolutely amazing service! Only one employee was working, the manager Charlene. And she was AMAZING! She was efficient, friendly, funny and the food was spectacular. Thank you for a great meal!

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is cause the customer service was really great and they were not shy when it came to filling up my bowl. The food was really bland. Chicken had no taste and is processed not even real meat also the rice was stale. The veggies were fresh so that was a relief. Otherwise paying $16 if I’m not getting real meat at the very least I want my food to have some taste and flavour which was the complete opposite unfortunately. I’d probably never eat at one of these places again, just not worth the money!

The girl we got was insanely skimpy on the portions. And the pita bread we got was so stale :( We paid $21 for two chicken pitas and I swear they looked like snack wraps and we’ve been to pita pit in our local hometown plenty of times and they always look stuffed. This was aggressively small for $21 … I swear I counted only 4 pieces of chicken in it. It’s not like they were busy either. We went at 10am right when they opened. The place was very clean though.
