My co workers and I at Glass Doctor Barrie really enjoyed your delicious pizza. It was amazing really. We will definitely be ordering again. And will highly recommend Reginos.

Ordered a veal sandwich to be delivered. It came unsealed and the "bun" was pizza dough flattened and toasted till it was as hard as a rock. Manager proceeded to scream at me on the phone when I called to complain. Had another issue with this rude man once before. Horrible food and even worse customer service. Never again. (see post script)*** After replying to this review Regino's claims the order was sealed which it was not. It was put in a plastic container that WAS NOT SEALED. The manager agreed that it wasn't sealed when talking to me. The driver could have access to the food. NO SEALS WHATSOEVER so his reply regarding this was not true. As far as getting a substitute 2+ hours later of a small pizza the manager left it on my porch without knocking on my door to avoid having to speak to me in person. By the time I found out it was left there the pizza was cold. I was refunded only 50% from Skip the Dishes (not a total refund). The manager doesn't seem to grasp the concept that it wasn't about the money. It was about the inconvenience and mostly that the sandwich was of such poor quality that I was not able to eat it. He was incapable and unprofessional when it came to listening to a customer complaint and continued to interrupt and talk to me in a condescending tone. A very unpleasant experience. My business will go elsewhere in the future.

Great tasting pizza and wings! Service was very good, nice people and didn't wait long. I got a meat lovers pizza and it tasted great, better than many other spots. Will be coming more.

Food is decent here, but when I was just trying to order, the Tuesday deal kept coming on computer screen. Would try to order it, but the kid at cash couldn't fund it on menu. Ended up having to spend a lot more money just for a pizza. Managers need to teach stadlff on the cash how to make all orders.

Definitely better pizza than the other main Pizza joints. Good but not great.You don’t feel disgusted afterwards which is a win.Calamari wasn’t great and tartar sauce went bad.I would recommend.
